cleaned. The outside of the kitchen cupboards were not wiped down. The bathroom mirrors were not cleaned, there was dirt in the sink in the bathroom, the ceiling fan was not wiped down, and there was grease and dirt on the kitchen floor tiles and the oven walls and splash back were not cleaned. All these are very basic and easy cleaning requirements. . It actually looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. When I raised the issue with [Name Removed], he admitted that he had sent his “B” team who did not have the correct equipment but he had zero concern for how upset I was and no customer service skills. This is the worst cleaner I have ever experienced and I could not rate him lower.

This was a last minute booking, Gill was very prompt in replying to the call out, turned up on time and stayed way beyond the expected finish time, to ensure the job was complete. The attention to detail was amazing and they left the house spotless.I would highly recommend this business. They cleaned the entire house, washed windows and shampooed the carpets.
