Excellent customer service – I went to the store to try an online purchase in a different colour before committing to a return. Whilst the item wasn’t in store there was a decent range and other items that I could see fabric colour and quality for other purchases online. The most impressive part of my experience was the customer service, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable on instore products. I walked away feeling great thank you. Show details ·  1

check out the store. The shop assistant was surprisingly very rude and condescending, making assumptions that I had a bland selection in my wardrobe. I was quite taken aback with her bluntness. I’ve never experienced such customer service! ☹️

Really poor quality, beware of no refund policy – Ordered a few items, assuming quality would be good considering the prices. heart is racing and she had kids in the store and that she will be calling security not sure for what. I challenged her to call security so she picked up the phone and started dialling. My friend told me Let’s leave, I think this lady has mental issues and has no management skills on top of hearing issues. I think the shop assistant misunderstood what I said. She is very rude and very bad mannered. After all the issues that you shop owners had faced for the past couple of years, I thought that you will be employing staff who can promote, well mannered, educated and happy to serve. Unfortunately I think with this staffing attitude you will be closing your doors very soon. Please either replace this ill mannered shop assistant or spend some money or time to educate her. Will never visit the store or shop online or recommend the store to anyone.

Such a rude lady at the Robina store – I won’t go into the Robina store at all due to how rude one particular shop assistant is. My friend was on the GC on the weekend and wanted to exchange clothes (which were purchased online) as the sizing of their clothes as all over the shop. She also overheard her say to the other shop assistant that it is so rude of customers to expect to exchange clothes on a Saturday as it’s their busiest day. Um? I’ve never ever heard of any store berating customers for wanting to exchange clothes. There are so many other stores online selling good quality clothing. Will be giving Gingham and Heels a definite miss from now on.

Great dress – I never even knew this shop existed till I spotted it in Robina while I was on holiday in QLD. A great brand, great designs. great quality fabrics. Purchased a dress that in my opinion is the most perfect dress I have ever tried. When I googled the brand I was surprised that one shop is near where I live and I wonder how comes I have never ever spotted it?! Thank you !
