loan or any pre-approval in place. Somehow, I arranged all required paperwork by end of July. My first financial broker at RAMS was fast in doing all necessary paperwork but got to me with a very low value for the loan, that cannot help me take out land plus home package. It was also a time when Banks were tightening lending restrictions. The feeling of disappointment took over and felt helpless. Fortunately, I happened to be in discussion with Mat at GJ Gardner Gold Coast North. Upon explaining my financial situation, he immediately put me in touch with Marius.

No amount of thanks or appreciation will suffice for what Marius has done. He has managed to turn my situation entirely around and went beyond to make my dream a reality. He was able to secure a very respectable loan amount at a great interest rate. I have never met a professional like Marius. It was a pleasure to deal with Brenda, his wife and administrator who take of all paperwork promptly while sending emails as and when required. Marius simply took on my burden and freed me from stress. Always returned calls immediately and had a solution for any problem that came across my way. I will be forever indebted to Marius.

Outstanding assistance from Rachel Farrell – Rachel Farrell's assistance was/ and still is outstanding. I cannot fault her work at all. Rachel helped my partner and I with our first ever home loan, she was so fast and efficient and always put our needs first making the whole process stress free. Wouldn't use anyone else – Excellent service. Tony's help has been outstanding. After having issues with one lender he suggested using a different one, which was a much easier process. Dealing with GJ Finance makes everything easy as they have direct contact with the builder and all the paperwork that goes with it, rather than having to chase around for all the required documents yourself.  Show 2 replies
