Customer service after build – How long is acceptable to wait for a defect list to be completed? Glenvil's answer 'what defects are left?!' you've got to be jocking. Will not voluntarily fix defects. Will use every excuse to say why it's not been done yet. Perhaps don't get shoddy workman to complete the work in the first place and then I wouldn't be in the situation where I can't make my place a home. Pathetic customer care. Show details
TEERRIBLE – We bought our townhouse while still under warranty. There were so many roof leaks and each time Glenvill came and 'fixed' them with silicone. To get anything fixed was extremely long winded and involved the cheapest approach to 'fix.' and behold there was no exhaust system, just a closed cavity above the exhaust fan-so very dangerous. There have been many other things; a gutter box incorrectly installed that caused flood damage and the insurance wouldn't cover replacing it-they said it is a builders fault, render that developed large cracks, wired in smoke detector that was never wired in...the list goes on and on.
