Site stated stautues were marble with no stand. Arrived as plastic junk with seashells and brown base. Company refused to offer full refund and provide return shipping. Also opened a case with PayPal and they were equally unhelpful. Will not be using PayPal anymore either

wood colour. They were painted orange and the varnish used was so strong that I’m sure it is toxic. I left them out of the boxes for a week and the smell was still strong and overpowering. I contacted the supplier with all the necessary details and they kept requesting more details. With 15 emails between myself and the company they eventually provided me with an address in China to return the sculptures. Shipping fees to return the sculptures was estimated at $50.00AUD. I had already paid $127.00AUD and was not going to spend more. The manager made me three offers for compensation from $3.69USD to 7.96USD. Each time I refused their offer they would offer more. I am not interested in playing their “negotiation” game and told them I was offended by the amount being offered.
This is obviously their way of doing business and customers should be aware of their products. My only regret is that I didn’t do a product review in the first place. Lesson learnt. Future buyers beware!
Total sham. Paid 118.00 for supposed marble figurine of four friends….came as a resin statue and was so cheap looking! Looked like I bought it at the dollar store!
Stay clear of this company. It’s a scam. They sent me something I did not order snd refused to refund it or send me an address to return the product I received
FELL FOR SCAM TOO I contacted them and they offered 8$ for my 49$ purchase that doesn’t look anything like the item on their sight. Very disappointing! Lesson learned…wish I would have done my research prior to placing my order!
Follow-up · Nothing has changed…the supplier wasn’t offering a refund as indicated on site ( which I discovered was a scam…) I would definately not recommend either Glmory or Bloompetals. My loss

I so wished that I would have read these reviews before ordering from them. I was heartbroken when the marble 6 sisters figuring, that I paid $47 for, arrived in very thin packaging and was PLAIN WHITE, RESIN AND BROKEN IN HALF !!! If I could give a negative 10, I would. They never shipped the product and paypal was absolutely no help in getting my money back. [Name Removed] at the customer service email was useless. SCAMMERS!@@@

Total scam! They are now called Bloom Petal Shop. The $30 product I received did not look like what was advertised and was in wrong color AND so cheaply made!!! They offered me $3.96 saying I could keep product. When I insisted on full refund and a return of product, they then offered me a $6 refund saying a return would cost me $20. Do not buy from them!

Absolutely disgusted in the time it took to receive the items, nothing like their pictures on their site. Cheap plastic cr#p not even worth $5 from the $2 shop.
I ordered from this company and NEVER received my package. It has been over 60 days. I have requested a refund on multiple occasions and now they say, contact your local postal service, we shipped to the right address. THIS IS A SCAM. Thankful I paid through my PAYPAL account.

after days of back and forth (needing pics, order numbers, transaction numbers) they offered me $3.00. In total I spent $160. I refused their offer and then they came back offering $6.00. I refused again and they told me it’s their final offer. I noticed they have now blocked me. Likely using a tracker to block my ip address but I can still get to the site using a vpn. Now they are going by the name bloompetalshop.com so the glmory will redirect to that site. Buyer Beware.

The product arrived in terrible condition. When I sent photos to ask for a refund, they only offered me $5 USD—even though the item is worth $30. To make matters worse, they basically threatened me by saying that returning the package would cost me $20 anyway.
Follow-up · I ask for a refund. They offered me 3$ USD and I paid 20$ USD. I try to ask for a 15$ instead of full refund but they stop the communication. Worst experience ever.
This company is a scam. They said I refused delivery but it never was delivered. I live in a apartment and all packages go to the front desk where they are accepted and we pick them up there.

got scammed, i was enticed by their instagram ads of some cool looking cards for valentines day. don't buy from them - their support is automated to give you the same response over and over. they take your money and don't give a product.
Placed an order on 1/27 2026 for a total of $34.52. Delivery was supposed to be between 2/6 2026 and 2/13 /2026. It is now 2/28/2026 and still no product or ant way to contact them. BEWARE- HUGE SCAM!!!!
I ordered a tote that was beautiful. In fact I ordered 2. Still have not received, I ordered over Feb. 2 with a 10 day delivery, it is Feburary 23. I keep asking where it is but they choose to ignor me. I wish I had read these reviews. Lesson learned read review first.
If I could give zero stars I would. Quality was terrible. My $56 purchase was supposed to be 100% refund - I was offered only ~ $4. They did not live up to their commitments and I would recommend no one purchases from them. Feel completely scammed! Horrible experience and a cheap product only worth the $4 I was offered!
Follow-up · Nothing has changed since my original review. I was 100% scammed and feel very taken advantage of. You don’t “guarantee” a product with a 100% refund and then offer $4US versus $56US. The vendor has made no efforts to correct this issue.
Yous should shut down your company , yous have very poor customer service and very slow. And to be honest way to expensive for the [Name Removed] service yous provide

Website picture of wooden 'sisters' sculpture was found to be plastic, mass produced ugliness. They advertised full refund/no questions asked (subsequently removed from website when I asked for a full refund). Refund not forthcoming.
