Did not deliver, and no response to emails – I waited a month after original expected delivery date, and I'm still waiting. There has been no response to my emails.

They’ll take your money straight away and then ignore you completely, without delivering the product – Ordered from them over a month ago. They’ve done zero follow up since taking my money. My product still hasn’t arrived. They don’t respond to emails and the number to call is disconnected. It’s a complete scam. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid - not in business – Please avoid this online store because they don't actually exist. I bought an item, was promised fast delivery but it never came. lucky ones - I reported it to my bank and they refunded my money. If you are in the same situation, fight for your money back because this business is a scam.

Lightning fast delivery – I ordered a safety gate super late last night and to my surprise it turned up at 3.30pm today with free delivery. I thought being a bulky item it would take at least a few days. Could not be happier.

Quick delivery and very good price – Just ordered a Valco Safety gate last night and got it delivered this afternoon. Price is very good compare to the other sites or retailers.

Disappointed after previous positive experience – I've been buying nappies in bulk from them for a while now. 2 weeks ago, I ordered some Wotnot wet wipes (pretty much the most expensive one you can buy but all natural because my bb has an allergy) only to receive an email to say they're out of stock AND can't issue me a refund. So dissappointing because I lose $90 :(

They have ceased trading apparently – Placed an order. Did not receive any nappies. Was told after sending a follow up email that they had ceased trading, even though I could still get on their website.

Appalling customer service – I placed an order for wipes and nappies. I got an email to say the nappies were on backorder and would arrive in a week, I then received an email to tell me the wipes were out of stock and they would inform me as to when they would arrive. receiving no further notification and having further emails ignored, I called three times and still had no correspondence from them. Finally I received contact from them to say they could not supply me with the items and could not give me a refund. They said I would have to contact PayPal to get my refund!!!!

I have written another email but will be taking this further if I am not reimbursed the nearly $200 they owe me.

Update 18th July 2016: No Longer Trading?

In addition to the circumstances written below. I received an email from GoToddler today saying I would not recieve a refund or my goods as they were no longer trading. I find this particularly disturbing as their website is still up and running. If it is true that they are no longer trading they could be taking money for goods they can't supply. Please beware!!!

Run far away – Bunch of scammers. Ordered item before 1pm... 8 days later still no item so I contacted them asking for it. To which they responded it's not in stock and will be in another 8 days. Sent wrong products. AVOID!!!!! – I ordered nappies & wipes totalling over $120. The nappies they sent were totally wrong & a cheaper type than what I ordered & paid for. The wipes they sent were a totally different brand! If I wanted those ones, I would have ordered them! The ones I chose 'WotNot' are much safer for my baby with no nasty chemicals. There's a reason I chose those ones! I did not get any email from them to say items will be substituted. Totally unacceptable!!!!!

Poor delivery and poor customer service – I have been a loyal customer and they even did not try to treat me well. I ordered few items from them and stayed home next day to receive them. Product sold was second hand and faulty and they have a no return policy – Product sold was faulty and used. Go Toddler have a no return policy - how convenient for them! Have not tried to return yet. I just feel duped.

PayPal and telling me I shouldn't have selected free delivery because I didn't live in the right area. Note that it was their website which automatically selected free delivery for me - I didn't choose it. I've emailed back and refused to pay postage because their website coding is not my problem and asked them to honour the order. They refused and told me to either pay postage or cancel the order. After going back and forth and getting nowhere I've lodged a complaint with NSW Fair Trading. When I told GoToddler they cancelled my order and sent me a refund, refused to accept that they were in any way to blame and suggested that of their 130,000 orders in 8 years I was the only complaint ever.

Expensive delivery costs which you have to collect!! – We ordered some nappies which incurred an expensive $24 delivery charge to Perth early December. We received notification that the shipment had been made, and the parcel was on route. they sent us a short and blunt email that delivery had been attempted and that the parcel was sat at the post office and had been for weeks!!!

We have never received any notification in the post, nor anyone ringing on the door bell (checked CCTV!) attempting to deliver anything, we ended up having to collect ourselves from the post office.

We will not be buying anything further from this company, expensive delivery charges (even when no delivery attempted!!) and poor customer service.

It was such a relief that on ordering, they sent an email to notify me of when the item was dispatched (which I received the following day as I had missed the same day dispatch time), they used Australia Post for the delivery and I could track my parcel, and they offered free postage for the product. Was so pleasantly surprised that the package arrived on the Friday after I had only just ordered on the Monday - and this was during this festive season when their website had said to expect delays in delivery.

They sent the correct product, of which I am very happy with. I would consider ordering from them again if they stocked any baby products that I needed.

Great range, fantastic prices, good, customer service – I ordered Reynard antiseptic wipes, cat litter and cat food. They were delivered quickly and for free! When I rang to see when my order would be delivered, they helped me out quickly.

notice in the mailbox. Called the delivery company first, they said they needed to check and call me back. I waited for 6 hours then called again twice, couldn't get through. With the expectation that the sender could get hold of their delivery company more easily, I called go toddler again, same guy on the phone, rude and arrogant, said it's not their problem right now it's on the delivery companies hand. What's even worse is he raised his voice at me when I mentioned the fact that he made a mistake about the delivery date and I requested an apology. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Excellent customer service – I purchased Tiny Love Gymini Move and Play from Go Toddler. I'm very happy with the service. They responded to my emails promtly. I ordered the activity play gym and found out that it's out of stock. They told me new stock will arrive on the following week. After 3 business days, I received the play gym early in the morning. Very dissapointed do not use this company – Buyers beware - we purchased 4 boxed of jumbo nappies from this company and clearly stated on the delivery options that if we are not home yo put on our back doorstep. Furthermore the company states all four boxes were packaged together weighing 14kg so its not something small to go missing. We have been dealing with the company and all we have got is attitude and they do not care and are pretty much ignoring our complaint. They will not even give us our order document clearly stating if no1 is home to put the goods in the backyard. I urge people to keep this in mind when deciding to use this company this is not a good way to contact business. Stay away from this company.

Very Impressed – Ordered my goods before 1pm, and then received the goods the next morning! I am very impressed with their speedy delivery. The delivery charge was quite reasonable as well. Customer service or lack thereof.

Not fast delivery! – Don't be mislead by thinking that if you order before 1pm you get delivery the same day. It took 5 days to receive my order of nappies!! That is also after I called them to check and was then told the nappies I ordered did not come in the same quantity so I received part of it and credited back the remainder. Mind you the credit did not go through until 2 days later!!! Delayed delivery plus not quantity nappies supplied.

Good Products, Poor Service – Called up the store to order a baby gate; spoke with a sales staff member to confirm which product I would need. I was given the product codes and placed my order. order item from order placed to final delivery was about 2 1/2 weeks, as opposed to the initial 5 days I was told on the phone. The staff were helpful with fulfilling the order, and advised me when it was back in stock and when it was shipped.

Item arrived, was packaged well, no issues with delivery.

When unpacking item, found that we couldn't get the gate to fit. Emailed company and queried that they sent the right product; was told it was my fault for purchasing the wrong product. I informed them that I bought the gate on their recommendation; they claimed they had no record of the phone call.

Several emails back and forth, they advised they would take the gate back but I would need to cover the cost of shipping.

Got a friend to come around to see if we could salvage the situation with the gate, turns out the bottom part of the bar was bent, which was why it wasn't fitting correctly. Called up company to put in a complaint about the faulty product and about the service. ACCC policy states: "If faulty goods have to be returned to the place where they were bought, it is reasonable for the seller to pay appropriate freight costs." This option was not offered to me, I was told I would need to cover costs of freight.

While the product "works", it had arrived slightly bent so could not fit the gap correctly. It is not the customers responsibility to pay to receive a resolution, nor should a company blame a customer and state that they are the one at fault for "ordering the wrong product". If I call a company, and they advise me the product WILL fit, then I expect it to, otherwise, again under ACCC, the "product is not fit for purpose".

If the product was shipped without damages, I would not have had any issue. Even if the product had been shipped damaged, if someone actually took the time to talk through with me on the phone during setup to confirm all the parts there, everything fits together, I would have been fine with this. But having a company allege that I made the purchase without their assistance, therefore they are not liable if the product does not fit/work as advertised is disgraceful.

My complaint with the company was lodged on the 24th of April, and I never received a follow up. It is now 17th of May. Product was great, worked well Company treats customers badly when there is an issue; try to pin the blame on the customer, and make customer pay to amend issue, items actually not in stock

Order one day, at my door the next! – I've used Go Toddler multiple times to buy my nappies in bulk. They were the cheapest online store and provide free delivery when you buy over a certain amount. I would always get my order the next morning delivered too my door, and I have never had a problem. Reliable, cheap, excellent customer service. Not much variety in products on website.
