It's a Scam – My mother ordered a bottle from their £39.99 special offer email. They took £116.00. She called them and got nowhere then she called her bank who thankfully credited the money and classified it as a scam / fraud. Do not buy, they will take more money from your account than you have agreed to.

Unfortunately I fell for this scam – I to paid for what I thought was 1x bottle & got 5 & was charged over £239,however I cancelled card straight away so no more money can be taken How can these scammers be stopped & how do I get my money back?

This is a 100% scam – Do not purchase from this company. They say on their website saying order can be cancelled any time up until it is dispatched but when the order was asked to be cancelled within 24 hours of placing we were told it could not be cancelled but could be returned once received. Sent items back - package unopened and they said they would refund - 7 months later we are still trying to get our money back. Keep getting emails saying it's been referred to accounts dept and we will be contacted in 3-5 days and never get a response after that. if you want to give your money away, give it to a charity not these scammers.

process, I contacted them and was told they couldn't cancel my order as it had already been dispatched. I've been going around in circles with them since. Did anyone look up the Australian parent company or report to the Australian police and/or your version of Trading Standards? If so, could you post details please? Scammed – I was to pay £39.98 and got charged £249 plus £7.36 delivery fees! I didn’t receive a receipt or anything now hoping the bank will see its a scam! I don’t even know if they are legitimate pills

Don’t Buy!!! It’s a big scam I had to cancel my c card to avoid further un authorised charges – Don’t Buy !!! Big scam the sight is misleading the price shown in Australia dollars but you get charged in American dollars. Sight want let you cancel or back out. Had to cancel my c. card because they are trying to make further un authorised changes

Total Scam – Got sucked in by the endorsements and ordered one trial batch. Was later charged for a second delivery, which did arrive, but the product is useless. DO NOT BUY!!!!! – Complete scam! Ordered some to try before reading reviews unfortunately and then they charged me again for another set a month later! I sent them back and still waiting on a refund since January! Also the labels are so dodgy! As soon as I recieved product I didn’t even try taking them! Who knows what dodgy chemicals are in them! Do not buy! You will be ripped off!

This product is a total scam – Advertise in $AU payments in $USD, order delivered and then repeated 1 month later direct debit from your account, contact them, advise return product and refund agreed, that was in January and still calling and sending emails, they claim they never received return product, have Aus Post tracking and proof of delivery, total rip off Daryl

Total scam – Sorry I have been totally scammed signed for two bottles to try and then received 5 and then another 5 and also charged again. Have been trying since last October to receive a refund which they promised all to no avail and calling them goes to the Phillipines what a total scam.

SCAM DON'T BUY – I signed up for one batch of 3 bottles of capsules in February. Unable to take them as they caused heart palpitations. A second batch (not authorised by me) was charged and send in April. I have contacted the company to request a return address and refund, but have not received a reply. Should have done more research and found this site for product review before I purchased the goods.

Fraudulent company – I purchased I thought was $67 worth of product in January but was billed $495. I have returned the goods and nearly five months later still no refund.

Another issue I have was the fact that instead of paying $198.78, my Amex card was billed $298.08 by a company called Brain Boost Plus 536 E Sandusky, not Gold Coast Keto Gummies. So I immediately got in touch with them and after 3 emails they said they would refund me $70 USD within 10 business days, but it's now been 3-4 weeks and I have been in touch with them twice with little to no response and them reassuring me that I am unsubscribed from the automatic payments and they will refund me.

immediate refund but was told this could not happen under 3 months. After the product arrived I immediately posted it back to the warehouse in Altona Vic and waited 60 days before the refund arrived in my bank account only after threatening that I would contact the ACCC to complain. The amount of refund was $109 less than I paid for it. I am awaiting a reply as to why this is so. Have not heard anything.
