The removalist then wanted blankets so they could slide the furniture along my wooden floor. The whole point of hiring 2 men was to lift and move furniture. The experience was not what I expected.

re-book for afternoon, they then proceeded to tell the company we cancelled. Company then called back and advised movers were on their way. From the moment they got there they complained about moving the stuff and advised that if anything got broken it would not be their fault. 10 minutes after moving things, we got messages showing photos of things broken. We had viewed these items the day before and they were not damaged. Company then called and advised we would have to find someone else as they would not continue with the move. So after pulling some of our items out, damaging them they then left us high and dry and cancelled.

Scam and disgusting – This is a scam. Disgusting. It starts with unpleasant customer service. They take deposit of $150 , they don’t show up, lady named Sara speaks rude to you, they don’t give deposits back. Those people should be arrested and deposits left and cursed. Get someone else .

Cheap and best – Stan was extremely wonderful to deal with and very conscientious and focused. I have no hesitation to recommend his work to anyone who needs a removalist.

Excellent Service with Cheer – We contracted Gold removals on 16th and 17th November to move our belongings from the apartment and then from the Storage. The removal was done by Raj and Panney, two very pleasant Gentleman who did the move professionally with obliging manner. No damage

These guys were fantastic,on time got the job done quickly and efficiently I would recommend them to anyone – Gold Removals were very good at moving us from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane. We had a very large move over two days. All the staff were very careful and attentive - not a single breakage. We recommend them to everybody.

Terrrible! In a mess now! – Do not go with them! Didnt turn up initially then sent someone at 4pm for a 11am to 1pm job. (5 hours later). After one truck load of move, asked to pay cash first, which i did. Then when i drove back to the house for a second truck load to move remaining furnitures, they disappeared and was not there. Ghosted. Did not complete the job and just left me waiting for hours.

Stay away from this unprofessional company – Change the schedule at the eleventh hour, still showed up late, broke my furniture and denied... absolutely nightmare.... they have damaged almost everything they touched. Don't even bother to use correct lifting techniques. in accurate quote and bunch of excuses to charge you extra.They said work is covered by insurance but its a complete crap. They will never admit their faults No invoice was sent.

left feeling violated definitely not a stress free move!!!! – quoted $2600 to relocate 400kms away ended up costing $9810 never supplied me with invoices or receipts and left half of our belongings behind that we had to fork out to hire a trailer and go and get the rest ourselves. They canceled on my weekend job on Friday evening – These guys were supposed to come and help me moving some stuff within the house Sunday morning but canceled the job on Friday 4:30pm and the excuse was all team need to take COVID test as one person was positive.

Not recommend – Time wasters ,scammers, unprofessional, object with some weight? Can’t lift it but if you pay more we can? Do not use these people. Left behind some furniture. Parked the truck too far away more use of time. Destination was approximately 1 hr took well over the time. Scammers scammers. Understanding of English very limited. Shame on this company

Didn’t turn up on commited time – Very unprofessional. Very rudely refused . Extremely disappointed Messed up all our moving plan . Excuse was rain which was already predicted at the time of booking. Don’t trust them. They refused to full fill commitment and informed by calling after 1 hour passed on commited time .

Frauds – These 2 guys arrived late with smaller truck than agreed. They were not strong enough to carry & dragged furniture on the ground plus crazy sweated. They were rude. top. I was so shocked wish I’d taken a photo! The mattresses were damaged & all on the wrong beds. They demanded payment on arrival & did not supply a receipt. They finished early left in a massive hurry & overcharged by at least $100. I wish I had been smart enough to check reviews b4 I booked. Complete SCAMMERS.

exactly the same thing happened, waited hours and no show. Rebooked again for this morning, and surprise surprise, another no show. This company also lied about the amount of bookings they'd cancelled, refused to send a cancellation confirmation this last time, and when I told them I would be detailing all of this in a Google review, they simply hung up. Completely unprofessional, absolutely untrustworthy, and rude, disrespectful customer "service". Awful. Avoid – Absolutely shocking, booked the move weeks ago and was only moving 5 furniture items 30 mins apart, the booking time was 11-1pm however got a call at 12:30 saying they can no longer make it until 3-5pm. Arrived hours late DON’T USE – Arrived at 4pm, terrible communication, refused to do more than one load, movers were rough, hit the balcony railing with their truck, left half the stuff behind, extremely poor service. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Use at your own peril.

Change the name to crappiest removal company – The most crappiest service ever! They rang and wanted to change my moving time which I rejected and they ended up cancelling the Removalists. Terrible company – They broke a window with a refridgerator on a trolley during the move. Promised reimbursement to repair, promised in writing. Now 6 weeks later and numerous phone calls / emails they say they are not liable and will not pay. would not recommend them in any way.

Good moving skill higly recommend – Stress free office move from A to B. The chaps were on time, charming & wore masks. They dismantled the two desks too for me and this was all done in 2 hours. I was told they could do part of the job and then come back the next day and asked to forward them $400 cash!! Well outside industry practice and not what was agreed. Absolute rogues. I didn’t give them the money so they left and didn’t do the job. A horrible experience. We were left to hire a van in the morning and do part ourselves and then were able to engage a proper, professional company to do the larger items. another removalist did not show up for the packing & moving which was a day prior to the move. And these guys agreed to take on the job. They were supposed to show up the next day between 10 and 12... no show no calls .. managed to get in touch at 1 and they gingerly tell us that their guys are caught up woth another job and wont be available for another 4 hrs. To say we were frustrated is an understatement. These guys have the gall to tell us that they agreed to take up the job for us on late notice because we are Indians too. Damn ! How dare you run a business this way. Ive made up my mind that business people from the ISC cannot be relied upon. We managed to find a removalist totally professional Aussie who kept up to his word and helped us out with such a short notice. Job completed. Damn! Go Aussie ! Hats off.

Disgraceful – Cancelled on me late evening the night before saying truck had broken down , then said they could get a truck to me between 3 and 5pm ( originally booked for 7am ) but would be extra $100 on top of quoted price , sent this in txt msg would not answer the phone to me , let down big time please don't use them

I have recommended them to all of my friends who have also had excellent experiences with the company. Quick, professional, very fair rate, and super flexible with logistics. properly, or stack items on trolleys instead of carrying one small item in one hand at a time. Seriously! - one dining chair, one box or one side of a slat base bed! It took so long I was carrying stuff myself. Dont pay by the hour, they will drag it out. They didn't read fragile labels on boxes, they dragged my furniture and broke a leg on a new cabinet. The move was from one fully packed storage facility directly into a storage shed 20m from truck - couldn't be easier really. They started harrassing me to pay up-front before they started the second trip, and then again before they finished the job, constantly on the phone to their employer who was instructing them and then would not unload my belongings if I didn't transfer funds immediately. Have you ever heard of paying for a job before it is finished? Especially when you don't know if they're going to break something else? It's just not how Australians do business, but seems pretty normal behaviour to this company. No invoice, no paperwork, no procedure for broken items. I paid them so the removalists would empty the truck and just go away. The owner have said they will fix the broken leg, but of course now, no reply.
