Inexperienced cleaners who just rushed the job at so they could clean at another house - no wonder they take money first. They missed some areas, carpets were not steam cleaned as quoted, they couldn’t even clean blu tack marks off. We had to clean those marks off ourselves and other areas before we returned keys to our agent. Will NOT recommend!

Gold Star Bond Cleaning is a registered and insured business of logan area. I have used them couple of times. They always provide a promising service as being professional.

Would not recommend. Hired this company to do my end of lease bond clean. They missed areas such as an entire window and frame as well as leaving dirty marks on the main bedroom carpet. I went over the carpet with my carpet cleaner and it lifted loads of dirt from the mark. They were extremely rude in their interactions and demand more money than quoted upfront before starting the job. Would have canceled them and got someone else if time had allowed. They say their work is up to standard and refuse to come back and rectify when asked to come back because the Real estate are unhappy with their job. Absolutely recommend avoiding this company at all costs
