Got an explosion cake box for my friend as a pick me up. I loved that I could add a few photos of us to the box and add some extra confetti. She was so surprised and loved it. The box was really good quality - thick cardboard and gorgeous handle. Definitely worth the money for sure.

I had to drive an hour to collect the package to then deliver to our friends myself. Lady at the post office said that star track the delivery company don’t deliver to addresses and only deliver to local post offices. Contacted Goldelucks and explained it never got delivered and I had most three hours of my day going to pick up the gift parcel they never delivered. They said sorry not no refund or anything else. Won’t ever order from these guys again. Hopeless.

However, my contact number was clearly provided with the order, and no attempt was made to call or message me to resolve the issue. I can see the gate from my house, and there was no clear indication that a genuine delivery attempt was made. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. Neither Goldelucks nor the courier company contacted me to explain what happened or advise on next steps. I reached out via their website, email, and social media, yet received no response despite their online status showing as active. I have paid $70 for an item that I still have not received, and to make matters worse, I am now being told I may have to pay a redelivery fee for something that was not my fault. Charging customers additional fees when no proper delivery attempt or communication was made is simply unacceptable. This experience reflects very poorly on customer service standards. I live in Canada, ordered a bday gift for my friend in Melbourne. Was able to do a next day order and it arrived on time, before 3 pm. The tracking was spiffy. The chocolate D explosion box with butterflies and confetti was fantastic. Scared the bejesus out of my friend! It was expensive and the chocolate quality wasn't special, but it was so worth it! I found Goldelocks at the last minute in the week before my son's birthday, but they were able to make Fortnite cookies and ship them to me in record time!
