reply. A week passed with 2 follow up emails and no reply. I called their online customer support number and was told their items are adequately represented online and that I could only receive a gift voucher. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs.
Buyer beware. I purchased a pair of 9 carat toe rings in December 2024. Within 3 months they have turned tarnished into copper colour. I tried to contact them with photos placed next to another 9 k toe ring purchased elsewhere and is 10 years old and stays as gold not copper. Yet they refused to acknowledge they sell copper items as gold. Will be lodging a complaint with consumers forumBuyer beware.
Extremely Poor Quality and Customer Service to match - They need a negative star rating – They do not even warrant one star. I had a $600 ring for 4 weeks and the band broke. enough DO NOT buy from this company. Oh and in the first instance they resized the ring to the incorrect size. This would have to be the most dishonourable business I have dealt with along with the worst jewellery I have ever bought.

RING TEN SIZES LARGER – Purchased a ring online - they said it was a size 0, ok that should be fine, it arrived, looks big enough to fit the foot of a horse!! Is this some kind of joke! When I asked them about it, the reply was well we can’t fix the sizing because of the jewels. And to take it to my closest goldmark (over an hour away to change it) YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Inferior Quality – I purchased a bangle rose gold plated over Stirling silver. After 18months the gold started to come off . Not great quality – I specifically buy 9ct and 10ct gold because I love the sandy tones of lighter gold. These 9ct gold rings I bought online from goldmark have obviously been mixed with particular metals that make them look like cheap stainless steel. wear. I haven’t seen 9ct gold this colour before and I worry how it will age. You can also see join marks/dents where the rings have been connected/made into a circle.
If you're looking for dependable service and delivery try somewhere else! – I tried to order a watch and they cancelled my order and couldn't even tell me why. It was incredibly frustrating because I was in a hurry to replace my watch (currently in lockdown so can only buy online) and so it was a week later by the time i was informed that the watch wasn't coming. Very Bad Quality For 9ct Rose Gold – I purchased a 9ct gold toe ring. Within a week of wearing the item turned a copper colour. After enquiring and I was told it was just the copper content and needed polishing. I have many other pieced of 9ct gold rose gold jewellery and none of them go a copper colour and thats wearing them everyday. Very disappointed. I have contacted many times without reply. refund - stating that it was not my fault the delivery was lost. The next day, the items were delivered - Goldmark never arranged the items to be returned to sender. I emailed Goldmark to let them know the situation, their response was so lacking compassion, and told me to just drop the order into my local Goldmark Store - then they would process a refund.
I have done this, and still not received my refund, or a thank you for helping the situation out or a voucher for my time and inconvenience or even a reply when asking when my refund will be processed! The lack of customer service has shown me that i will NEVER shop at Goldmark again!
Paid $99 (reduced from $199) for Gold coated magnetic metal hoops – The title of the earrings were '9CT GOLD 2.5X30MM polished hoop earrings'. Other products state if they are gold coated, and this just says 'polished' which is deceiving. Recently got my gold products tested and was shocked to find the hoops i purchased were magnetic, and were advised by a professional that it more than likely is gold plated.
