Frustrating

I got a pair of earrings at the closing time. My bad I didn't inspect them, they were defective. Went the very next day morning and they refused to exchange saying they don't exchange earrings. Absolute waste of money. I wont be buying there ever. Dont waste your money buying stuff from them. Show details

Not great

I have previously bought several snake nose studs over the years and have lost them. Each one was $70. I just bought a new one for $90 which I thought was a bit steep but prepared to pay the price. Received it today and the stem seems a lot thinner and the whole thing seems flimsier. I feel it won’t last long but probably have no come back. So disappointed ☹️And it doesn’t sit flush on my nose…maybe my nose has changed?? It keeps popping out! Show details

RING TEN SIZES LARGER

Purchased a ring online - they said it was a size 0, ok that should be fine, it arrived, looks big enough to fit the foot of a horse!! Is this some kind of joke! When I asked them about it, the reply was well we can’t fix the sizing because of the jewels. And to take it to my closest goldmark (over an hour away to change it) YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! AVOID THIS JOKE OF A STORE

Received small sizes for both.

Poor workmanship

I bought earrings with white gold and yellow gold studded with zirconia. Paid in the three figure margin. Wore them about 6 times and one earring fell to pieces. Took it back to the store I purchased them from and because I could not produce the receipt, I was told they would not help me with a repair or refund.
I shall never pay good money out again in this store for an inferior product that was not soldered together properly to begin with. Cheap jewellery for a dear price. Show details

Poor customer service from the manager

Went into the Goldmark Bankstown store recently to purchase a bday gift. This store is usually my go to store for gifts for my daughters friends birthdays however not anymore. Initially went into store about 3 weeks ago and was witnessed one of the more mature workers speaking down to one the team members being firm to the point of bullying with the younger worker. Went back in last week & was served by this woman. What can I say?! She was very rude and abrupt with poor customer service skills. She was so rude that I wanted to talk to the store manager & couldn’t believe she was the store manager! Management need to teach this to woman what quality customer service is about. Show details

Wouldn't honour ticketed price

I was looking for a bracelet as a gift for someone. Found a nice silver one, had a sale ticket of $29. Bargain. Get to the counter. $59. No, it had a $29 ticket on it I said. She said no I can't sell it to you at that price, best I can do is $50. Honestly i would've paid $59 for it because I liked it but I just couldn't bring myself to give this company my money out of principle. Walked out, will not be back. Show details

Tarnished instantly

My parents bought a 925 sterling silver chain for my birthday. It was my main present and the one I was most excited about. So far I’ve had it on for less than 2 days and already between every link it has tarnished and either turned black or copper coloured. My parents are old and can’t see it and don’t believe me so it seems we wont be getting compensated. Dissapointed and a waste of money, as I know it was expensive. Show details

Inferior Quality

I purchased a bangle rose gold plated over Stirling silver. After 18months the gold started to come off . I contacted Goldmark and they informed me that it is wear and tear and therefore not included in the warranty. For $399.00 I expected better quality.

Terrible

I went today to Goldmark Watergardens to buy Police watch with my husband. It was on discount 50%. I decided to buy it however when the lady who works there scanned it, she said sorry someone put wrong price, it's on full price :(
It's was in their window screen how did someone change it ?? or was that staff mistake ???
So I asked her to check with the manager if we can get it as shown on the tag. She said I'm the manager here and I can not help you .....I'm very disappointed in them and never go back again... Show details

I have a beautiful engagement ring that was purchased in 2022, when I purchased it I think they had to end up ordering my size in as I was an M and the ring was too dainty to resize my issue is I have lost weight and need it probably 1 full size smaller. Would I need to purchase a new ring due to it not being resized in the first place?
