Buyer beware. I purchased a pair of 9 carat toe rings in December 2024. Within 3 months they have turned tarnished into copper colour. I tried to contact them with photos placed next to another 9 k toe ring purchased elsewhere and is 10 years old and stays as gold not copper. An employee named [Name Removed] (as she said her name was but I doubt it,) behaved in a shockingly rude manner. When I pointed out how inappropriate her behavior was, her response was simply, “Whatever.” There is clearly something very wrong here, and I believe [Name Removed] urgently needs some help. I genuinely wish her well, but this kind of attitude is unacceptable. To make matters worse, other employee was laughing during our discussion. What a shameful display. Please provide your staff with proper training, or you’ll soon find yourselves laughing at the consequences.
To the young girl working with [Name Removed]: I strongly urge you to run away from this toxic work environment. You have your whole future ahead of you, and staying in such a negative environment will leave you with traumatic experiences that may hold you back in life. not meet the requirements therefore I was not able to sell it because it would have some other element in it such as copper in it which has a higher percentage over the gold. They claim it to be 9 carat on the website but doesn’t meet the correct percentage of gold. They are very difficult to give you a refund. They’ve asked for my bank statement. I’ve given it to them. That wasn’t enough. I’ve gone to the bank. They are currently printing out every single statement purchased with gold mark. I’ve tried to ring up the store to find a physical receipt the numbers of the beginning of my card matched the four numbers on the end of my card match, but they still refuse to give me a refund. They are selling a product that doesn’t meet the requirements for rose gold!! I suggest to stay clear from Goldmark if you are wanting to purchase anything Rose gold & always keep your receipt…. in full from our bank card but wouldn't go through because we had set a low limit on it.we were advised to try and split the pay by the sales rep called Alicia,we did so by paying 1000 but the remaining amount got declined once more,then we went to our bank to sort it out.Got back to the store and Alicia claiming that the 1000 dollars we paid previously had automatically reversed into our bank account. Tarnished instantly – My parents bought a 925 sterling silver chain for my birthday. It was my main present and the one I was most excited about. So far I’ve had it on for less than 2 days and already between every link it has tarnished and either turned black or copper coloured.
