Poor customer service

Golf bag strap broken 6 weeks after purchase. Brought back to store expecting to change over to new bag. Was told broken bag needed to be 'assessed', and they'll contact me in due course. Little help to me, wanting to play in the meantime. Show details

BUYER BEWARE

Shocking - I received damaged gloves, and Derek, on the customer service team was stiff, couldn't care less and kept replying back to me with pre-written text telling me to read the website on what to do regarding the so called warranty. It was like chatting to a robot. Don't buy from these people.
No money back, could n't careless it was like the deal was done and Cya later. Couldn't phone them, couldn't speak to anyone. BUY BEWARE plenty of better retailers out there check out the Iconic they do free returns and you will speak to a real person, not that you would have a problem i've been ordering off them for 5 years. Show details

Perth to Perth, 1.5 weeks later still not received.
Freight link in email doesn’t work. Online customer service works from home, no phone number so you have to email them. Show details

Poor communication. I returned 1 item and it cost me almost $12 to return a $70 shirt. I have not received the refund. They have all these pre-prepared answers on their website which are NOT helpful. Show details

Tried to order 3 box's of balls and they came to a total of $71.99. $3 short of the $75 for free postage . Insted of just charging $3 for postage I was told I would have to order more to qualify. I'm not buying tees that I don't need to satisfy their terms and conditions.The reply I received from Aaron was very unprofessional.

Never again Golf box

After purchasing a Garmin s70 and trying it on to find it doesn’t fit they refused refund. If it was purchased in a shop I would have had the opportunity to try it on my wrist. Show details

Package took 19 days to arrive after many complaints. Worst customer service ever!

Ordered clubs online on 15/1. As of 2/2/24 they finally arrived. The caveat is large items go via road. Then get lost it would seem. Took 7 days just to leave Perth. No one would call me, no one would call the courier (couriers please) and they had no idea or interest in where my golf clubs were. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not purchase through them. They just fob you off continuously via the same emails and you cannot call or speak to anyone. I had to lodge my own complaint with the courier just to get my clubs found and delivered. What a joke.

Great store with excellent range and knowledge

I recently became reinvigorated in my interest in golf and after attending the Joondalup Golf Box store was blown away by their range, prices and product knowledge. Bought my 3 x new Taylormade MX4 drivers from there and will continue to go back. Prices were great and the Manager Josh so happy to assist and let you use the clubs on the simulator before you purchase them. Well done Golf Box Joondalup. Show details

I purchased a set of irons, then a driver, some clothing, then putter and boxes of balls. Every transaction was easy, the delivery is very prompt, and I would rate the Golfbox online service as first rate. Keep it up....great stuff Show details

Simply disappointing

I ordered gloves men’s left M (rh golfer)
I received “cadet” size.
I wasn’t able to speak with anyone, had to email them, as they work from home????
Aaron replied and told me to read the T&C’s, was uncompromising, and wasn’t interested.
I have dealt with the Golf Box for many years. I’ve been a loyal customer !!
No attempt to resolve the issue, no fair interaction.
No issue resolution process - just stiff ….

ZERO STARS - PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

Placed an order for various golf clubs and equipment worth over $1700. Items were simply not delivered and I had to deal with Aaron from their sly and deceitful customer service team. They will not offer a refund as requested or deliver the missing items, instead they tell me to contact my home or contents insurer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND SHOP ELSEWHERE

Hi Koko, Any time I buy from Golf Box I have only paid for what I ordered and no, I have never received extra goods, except, on one occasion, they included a free gift of golf tees. Excellent service!
