by the time it even left their hands, I could have gotten something faster and cheaper elsewhere.

When I raised this with the owner, I was told that their terms and conditions (which were barely noticeable) state that out-of-stock items take 5–15 days. Yet it was not clear at all that my item was out of stock. I strongly believe this should be highlighted upfront—not hidden in small print—so customers know what they’re signing up for. I value honesty and transparency, especially when supporting local. I hope Goo & Co improves their communication about stock levels and processing times. Until then, I’ll be cautious about ordering again.

Outfit I received was for my daughters 'berry first birthday'. The outfit was absolutely beautiful. I purchased a much more expensive outfit from another business, but this one was hands down so much more beautiful. Show reply

Great Formula – I ordered this formula internationally - we love it! It's clean and smells like real food (like the pleasant smell of macaroni and cheese) and not like a synthetic vitamin like a lot of formulas. No canola oil! Shipping was efficient even going through customs. My only complaint is that there was no padding in the box so the tins did end up dented, but the product was not affected. Show reply

Don’t buy! – Do not buy from this company, shipping takes forever as they buy overseas and sell for triple the price. People!!! better Australian owned companies out there, made and shipped from here! Long wait times for shipping is a red flag.

Reselling items from Temu for 4 times the price – Lead time for purchases is horrendous. Ended up finding items I was interested in on Temu for 1/4 of the price.

within 3-weeks. I would say only order from them if you have two months to spare, and children grow fast so make sure to account for the fact that your child may have outgrown the items by the time you receive them.

Where’s my order? – Did and order, paid, got an acknowledgment. And that’s it! No dispatch - just a note on the acknowledgment that it could take weeks before they bother sending - and if it doesn’t turn up they’ll contact their suppliers . Which is code for - we take no responsibility for taking your money for stock we don’t actually have to send to you. And lots of “spam” ads in my inbox. Assume my money long gone, and a lesson learned.

Great quality clothes – Love the quality of the clothing and really great customer service the only downside is how long you have to wait for the items to ship and arrive. That’s not really a problem providing you order them well before you need them. When I have noticed the wait in the past they were really good at getting back to me as soon as possible.

Loved it the clothes, great customer service! – I ordered a bunch of clothes and then emailed customer service to see if there was anyway I could receive a certain outfit by a particular date, wifi thin the postage date. Nicola was happy to split my order (as other pieces had not arrived yet) and send it out separately to make sure I had it. As luck had it the rest of my order was able to be sent at the same time. Great customer service and quality of products – I'm so happy with the clothes I ordered for my daughter. could nit pick...id love the analytical section to be a bit more user friendly and wish i could view video from the hole night not just when the app detected movment. All in all i am one happy mum. Big thanks tho Goo & co for the recommendation.

Slow service. No contact – Made an order many weeks ago and have contact the company via phone and email to no response. Terrible customer service especially for a family owned business.
