Service here is a joke. Agency recommended and booked carpet cleaning. 1. They don’t tell you exact appointment time and did not come the time which supposed to be. 2. When agency complained about some stains and dirts, they do not fix but tell you how experienced their technicians are. In short, do not expect anything professional from this company. Especially, personal named Richard.

This company was contracted by our property managers to do an end of lease vacate clean on a small 3x2 house. Charged $1000 and did an absolutely appalling job, there were still cobwebs present, overall house was not properly cleaned especially for what they charged and that they had to be asked to return twice!!. Bad Vacate Clean – Do not use this company. They had to return 3 times to the property to make the vacate clean right for the property manager. Many basic items were missed. Very expensive for a bad job!

Vacate clean – Got a quote for $900+ gst to complete a vacate clean in Rivervale. Booked them for a Wednesday, when we got to the house on Thursday they had cleaned 6 windows and wiped the outside of the aircon. completed and spent 2.5 days cleaning the house ourselves. They then billed us $935 for the the little amount of work they did and said that was fair. Definitely don’t recommend this company I don’t believe they can be trusted.

Very expensive not recommond – The overall service prices are very expensive, and the people who came for the survey kept trying to increase the prices. They encouraged you to give them the keys because they wanted to avoid letting you know their exact working hours. They completed the cleaning within half a day and charged you for a full day's fee. This company doesn't even have a physical location for you to inquire about, and there are no formal invoices for payment.

that he would have to wait until I got paid for me to do the transfer. I asked for a tax invoice which caused him to get very agitated (suspicious much?) The clean was very mediocre given the price and I had to spend quite bit of time cleaning up dirty footprints on the wooden floors and waters stains on the cooker. Then over the next few days I got repeated emails and phonecalls and text messages telling me that he couldn't afford to pay his team unless I paid him. I explained once again that I would pay him as soon as I got paid. I also explained that paying his staff was his problem not mine. Then I received a referral to a debt collection agency (this is less than seven days since the work was completed). The company employs young Chinese guys who don't speak very much English, so I do hope that Goodrich are meeting all their legal obligations with regard to minimum wage, workers comp and superannuation. As an Australian taxpayer, I will also be contacting the ATO to ensure that he is also meeting his obligations in this regard. I will also be lodging a complaint with Consumer Affairs about his appalling behaviour. tl;dr do not use this company! There are better and more professional services out there.

Absolutely Brilliant – Used these guys in 2018 for an end of lease clean. It took them a whole day, but they did a brilliant job. Best service, I would recommend them 100%. Booked them in for another end of lease clean. Looking forward to another great job.
