what I had seen in my account details online), and it wasn't; and over-reliance on email only communications for important notices (like queries over the nbn setup, and an overdue bill I thought had been paid by direct debit). Backup text messages, particularly if it might mean suspension of my account, would be really useful if you are not checking your personal emails everyday, if not twice a day. Maybe I missed this in a set-up opt in question. Once on the phone though, sorting it all out, customer service is good, and expect my star rating would be higher once everything is sorted (other than text notices for urgent requests).

Great service and wonderful corporate responsibility – Best company I've dealt with so far, they were lovely when I needed an unexpected extension on my bill (lost wallet!). Only downside is the bandwidth in the afternoons when everyone is home, but I expect that's because of my plan.

Perfect internet, excellent customer service, positive social impact – Fast, reliable internet that saw me through four months of Zoom calls while working from home in lockdown. Outstanding customer service - they are highly responsive via phone and email, patiently explained to me the difference between a modem and a router, and even gave me tips about how to responsibly reuse or recycle my router when I moved house.
