Great service and wonderful corporate responsibility
NBN 25/10 (Casual)Best company I've dealt with so far, they were lovely when I needed an unexpected extension on my bill (lost wallet!). Only downside is the bandwidth in the afternoons when everyone is home, but I expect that's because of my plan.

Small is beautiful
NBN 50/20 (Family)After weeks of frustration and hours on the phone trying to get one of the big telcos to move our service to a new house, we gave up and decided to go small. What a delight it was dealing with the team at GoodTel. Real people, in Australia, at the end of the telephone. No hours waiting to get through. Quick and helpful responses and things were up and running when they said they would.
We haven't had a single issue since the service was connected. It just works and does what we need it to.

NBN 100/20 (Superfast)Reliable connection with great speed at amazing prices and no sneaky additions on the invoice. I'm actually happy to pay my bill because it's fair and ethical. We haven't had any problems with internet since being with GoodTel but I've been very satisfied with their customer support for my mobile service.

Love it! Better than my previous phone plan with one of the 'big' telcos.
GoodtelI switched over from Telstra to Goodtel (which uses the same network) and am so glad I did. The cost of my monthly phone bill is exactly the same, but it's great to know that 50% of the profits go to worthwhile causes. The coverage for both calls and internet has been brilliant, with great internet speeds. The customer service is top notch too - every person I have spoken to has been helpful and friendly. No long wait times either.

NBN 25/10 (Casual)Easy to register but would have liked a bit more help setting up nbn. Connection is mostly reliable and fast, having experienced less dropouts compared to previous service provider. Great to have an affordable internet provided that is also sustainable

Do you service. Beechford Tasmania? Are you able to tell the speed we presently have from Skymesh at 39 Davis Street? If so, what is your monthly charge?
Hi Jeff. Thanks for your interest in Goodtel. We do service 39 Davis St Beechford and would be able to offer you a fixed wireless nbn service. The max download speed on a fixed wireless is 75mbps and upload would be max 10mbps. The cost is $78 per month with the first month being discounted to $60. There is both 5G and 4G coverage on your street so whilst every home is different it looks like there is good coverage where you are.
As for nbn we do offer nbn with landline and calls so we can help you with that too. You’ll also get $5 off your nbn plan if you take both a mobile and nbn plan together.

Dear Goodtel Clients and Goodtel ex Clients, Is the Goodtel mobile phone network as good as Telstra?
I ask this question as I have had some issues with Telstra a number of times,
and I'd like a mobile phone company with better customer service than Telstra but with equally good coverage. At the moment, I live in a city area with poor phone coverage due to hills, valleys, trees, and high buildings. I'd be grateful for honest responses only please.

Hi mate they use Telstra's 3G and 4G you will have the same issue try Optus $2 sim and see it make a difference.
