Going strong after 2 years – I'm still wearing this watch over 2 years later - haven't seen the need to upgrade to the newer ones because this one still works well and looks good. Everything just works – Works perfectly with my Pixel phone - everything just syncs up perfectly. Only thing I'd improve would be battery life (lasts about 2 days) - but it only takes under an hour to fully charge so I just do it while watching TV anyway. I mainly use it for step counting, fitbit for sleep stats and obviously having time, date, weather at a glance. Definitely the best smart watch I've owned and would buy again! Show details
The worst service in history – We purchased the watch for assisted technology due to a disability, and the watch failed to update, they asked to send it back but they refused to refund us, ( consumer rights state a right to refund if the item does not hold up to its intended use) They lost the watch and blamed us for posting it, blocked our calls and replies by email after… Read more
giving then the register post numbers,after 9 months of endless email and calls (100) with the very rude customer service manager, I had to apply for a V-cat order, as she bluntly said " If they find it they will send it back" I have never come across such lack of empathy and care for someone living with a disability, the endless mind games and lack of responsibility, blaming us for posting it back. not even the basic customer service steps were done, only when the V-cat order was filed was the refund applied,
Good but can do better – Ordering the product was good but the fulfilment and delivery took a while. Inspite of me living in Melbourne (where the store) is the order was send by post which could have been avoided if there was a "pick up instore" option. Also, I was given a wrong charger for which i has to go the store (eventually ;-) to pick up the correct one. 4 stars for the customer service and the quality of product.
