I just recieved my gourmetific set today and have just used it for the first time..and i am extremely disappointed. The pants has discolouration after one use and I just noticed my saucepan is completely warped! Not a happy customer I would have been better off shopping at kmart False advertising also DO NOT BUY ZERO REVIEW
Do not buy this product , our set has done the same as all the other reviews , offered 5% refund,what a joke. Better to go down to your local retailer and buy what you can see and take back.
Cancelled the order within 2 hrs, so well before the 3-5 days processing time. Refused the cancellation, instead telling me I could send the product back at my own cost (despite the item not even been processed yet). What a disgraceful company

contacted customer service to confirm the details, as shown in the screenshots. After deciding not to use the product, I returned it in unused condition. During this process, customer service repeatedly offered discounts in an attempt to encourage me to keep the product instead of proceeding with the return, which extended the communication process. Eventually, after I clearly requested to proceed with the return, I was provided with the return address. I then noted that the return address was in China, whereas the website states that the company is in the UK. I am sharing this experience so that potential customers can make an informed decision by reviewing the return policy and company information carefully before purchasing. Also I've seen several compliants that deliver took long time. I ordered 11/12 and received 5/1.

Products arrived faulty - one lid yellow instead of white and one pot scratched. Contacted the customer service team who have been absolutely useless and refuse to give me a replacement of these items. AI responses not acknowledging my complaint. Also a word of warning, I have tried to leave a negative review on their socials and these have been hidden.

pancakes and eggs it burned the clip-on handle and a spot on the pan so I contacted customer service and they had me send pictures of how the handle actually makes contact with the glass stovetop, and told me they would send replacement pieces. They never did! While dealing with that I had used the grill pan, only to have the paint come off the bottom of the pan all over the burner of my stovetop making a gooie mess. So I contacted them again since only having the set for a week and a half, I requested the 30DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. They told me they would not accept any used cookware back. It plainly states on their ad that you TRY IT RISK FREE! How can you Try something without using it? They will not replace anything and they will not refund your money. They will completely ghost you! Im not sure if Gourmetific is a knockoff of the real brand and I got Scammed or what.....But Beware Of Gourmetific their products are trash! And you will not get your money back!

Bought a year ago (stainless steel option) & was immediately disappointed. Whilst they nest together & save a lot of space, the profile on the pans did not match the handles so inevitably the pans would fall. I copped quite a few burns. Scratched the induction cook top causing permanent damage. The non stick factor was non existent. After a year my partner insisted on replacing them. I wish we had sooner. This product is going to the bin.

Horrible quality cookwear set! Mine started to deteriorate quickly. It started to peel after only 4 months and the pan itself looks so burnt after only a few uses! Their customer service was absolutely awful when I contacted them, trying to blame me for their absolute poor quality cookware. I do not recommend anyone buys from them. appears to be the what the internal layer of the pans are made from. It wasn’t solid, and causes me health concerns. I contacted the company and was told that they’d get back to me after they find out what that product is, but that hasn’t eventuated. I explained that both my husband and myself are cancer survivors, and this matter concerns us and was then offered a 30% discount, which I obviously would not accept. Overall, the detachable handles are a fabulous concept, but buyer beware, look after your health and don’t buy this product
Follow-up · The handles were fabulous, they are without doubt the best part of the pans. The pans were hand washed in warm/ hot soapy water. They were generally used on the stove, but could have also been used in the oven a couple of times where the oven temperature would be no more than 180*C

their support but were denied a replacement, then offered a ‘good will gesture’ small refund. We asked about their lifetime guarantee but suddenly they claimed we had ‘misused’ the product and therefore it wasn’t valid - despite this being patently untrue and never being suggested.
Finally, giving up on fighting it, we said we’d accept the small refund. But at this point they simply stopped responding to our emails and haven’t been heard from since.
I would strongly recommend nobody buy from this company. The quality of the goods is average at best, with the handles and lids not fitting as well as expected - which I could live with, if they at least lasted more than a few weeks or months.
Gourmetific seem to have a bait and switch approach - they offer a lifetime guarantee and a 30 day money back policy, and present themselves as a high-quality, safe space to shop with strong customer focus. In reality the experience we had with them was one of being misunderstood, blamed, treated with disdain and then completely ignored.
Strongest recommendation to anyone considering these guys is to steer as clear as you can.
Follow-up · Follow up. After raising a complaint with Fair Trading NSW and letting Gourmetific know about this, I received a reply pretty quickly. They have said that they "didn't see" our previous several emails, and offered to resolve the matter by refunding that 30% they had originally offered, and then later sent a replacement pot as well. Gourmetific is a scam with horrible customer service! If you are willing to spend that much money to buy things that broken within 30 days from them, go for it! Because after 30 days, there will be no warranty and they won't take any responsibility for their bad products! Plus you will receive your order in a smelly box shipping from China, no instruction using, nothing!

Update: Despite a Lifetime Guarantee on their website, I was only given $8 back. I bought the Utensil Essential set for $64 (half price), direct from Gourmetific. The wooden handles are a good size, but the silicon heads are tiny, like they are meant to be a child's play set. The materials are very poor quality and there is a crack in one handle. The heads of the tongs are thin plastic, not silicone. The tub is cheap plastic. Not worth the money.
