Clean, Quite and easy to maintain
Bought 4 years ago, just changed my water filter cartridges. It is easy t order online and you get the order in few days. It's working amazingly fine and does the job.
Amazing continued service and high quality products
Bought a filter from these guys 3 years ago And I am continually impressed at how well the filter still works and how the business reminds me every 12 months to replace my cartridges. The plumber Tom they sent out to install the my filter was professional and got the job done quicker then I thought, would definitely recommend
Bad after sale service
Have using them for few year , but find that the after sale service is really bad , all they want is your $$$$ , sent out the cartridge without introduction, call and ask feel like I’m a trouble maker. If I can remember how many switch I need to switch off before charging cartridges, I won’t call !!!!
When you tell them the water has some taste and ask them to send someone for check (which included in the service when we first sign up) and they refused!! Just tell me to change cartridges which I only used for half year !!!! Ridiculous customer Service .
Worst after sales service
Product is good but possible no better than any other water filter company. Office staff couldn't care less.do not return calls. absolutely no after sales service. Definitely do not buy a service contract from them as there is no service.
Poor customer service
Had great water or a few years paid $999 for 10 years which we haven’t used . Sold our house and they refuse to refund the money we have not used . We no longer want the service . Owner gave an embarrassing reason referring to a car as to why he refuses to refund . I am taking this further. Shame on great water
Great service and product
I Love my filter and love the service. I get a call every 12 months, they post my replacement cartridges out for free and they are simple to change, just like changing a light globe.
I highly recommend this company.
Amazing Service and incredible products
I have been drinking Great Water Filters water for many years now. I feel so much better drinking filtered alkaline water. I love the fact with Great Water all prices include installation by a licensed plumber. The service is always good. The company rings me every 12 months and post out my cartridges for free. Simple to change - just like changing a light globe.
The absolute worst after sales service
I purchased an RO drinking filter and a whole of house system six years ago with a 10 year service package. Whilst I am happy with the quality of the products the ongoing service is terrible. The first time I had cartridges replaced by their plumber I had to ask him to leave - he was clearly under the influence of drugs. After that, I ordered my cartridges and had my own plumber install.

Horrible after sales service
I bought a $1000 filter 2 years ago and ordered replacement filter year after which got delivered after 1 months of ordering.
Ordered another filter this year and now it’s being 3 weeks and still waiting for replacement filter to be delivered, everyday clowns from great water call me to tell me that they working on delivering the order as they are having issue with my order but can’t tell what the issue is!.
Honestly get a different brand of filter for which you can buy replacement filters in store.
Moreover this filter is not worth the money you will pay .
Surely there are cheaper and better options in market; wish I had done my research before buying from great water.
This business is so frustrating
Bought my Elite Series 2 water filters a little over 2 years ago so have had to replace my cartridges twice. On both occasions delivery has been very slow and when the cartridges have arrived they have been the wrong ones. This year I even emailed a photo of the type we needed. Cartridges were sent to the wrong address, even after calling twice to ensure there was no confusion. I would never recommend this company’s after sales service.
Very bad customer service
Been with them for 5 years now, at the very beginning I don't have any complain about their customer service, I would say I love their customer service, they response to your issue very quickly. I even introduced them to some of my friends which they get water system from them, but up until today since last year I really disappointed with their customer service.
From 5 years since the beginning I ordered 4 times replacement catridges, 3 times I get less cartridges have to wait for the other one to come before I can change it. This is for once...

Didn't even filter chlorine! Tested with chlorine tester
So had this elite series 2 filter for about 7 months. The water did taste better when it was first installed, but somehow just don't taste clean enough. Never really questioned it, until one day I tried my friend's filter (not gonna advertise for the brand), I realise great water filter is total crap. Its like day and night difference in taste and appearance. The water came out of mine will be yellow (with chlorine tester) just like tap water, while my friend's one is completely clear. Will definitely approach consumer affair if grey water filter can't explain this.

Ok Product, big price and loads of crap and cheats
I ordered filters from them for my system, I was charged & said that, i will be sent Membrane & cartridges, but sent just cartridges alone. When called, business is sorry about that and i was said, i ordered only cartridges, but not membrane.
Shows the ethics of business & i have a Far infrared filter, which my system doesn't has, but was sent for no cause or use.
I would stay far away from them and wouldn't bother doing business with them and would look elsewhere.

Yes this is where these guys are, but water is good though.
Don’t bother. After sales service is very rude. They have an original charge to set up and then continually sting you for $250 each year to replace. When I bought the original kit they told me it would only be 150 per year. Price goes up. A lady rang me the other day from this business, 31/01/19, and when I questioned the price, she said well don’t bother then- find yourself another system. A great representative of their company for sure! I am not sure whether they are a big enough and professional enough business to put trust in them that they actually sell what they say they sell. We may be paying all this money for nothing. Or who knows what chemicals are in their filters. Their filters are their own brand... Last year they sent me a box that was unsealed and one of the 4 filters from my Elite 2 unit had been used... There must be better out there.
