Great water filters will mess your kitchen up & your life. This company will mess your kitchen up, supply damaged products, lie & deny any responsibility. They will send plumber to install their product whom have no idea what they are doing. They have paid google to remove negative review or they have doctored a 5 star google review of someone else page. I have reported this to google.
Great Experience – Dave was friendly, patient and happy to answer all of our questions. As we live in a country town, the company did not have a plumber on their books to install in our area. Buyer beware of Great Water – Paid deposit to get the top of the range filter system for the house & under the sink. The installer sent by Great Water said he has never install this system before & was ready the instructions on how to install this unit. to the installer don't Great Water do seminars to show the best way to install their unit properly, the installer looked at me & laughed. The box to house the filter system had rust on all 4 corners & 2 dints on top. They tried to sand the rust causing further cosmetic damage. They still fitted the box knowing it wasn’t right & to add to the cosmetic issues the installer left the plastic rap on the back & underside that is on the box to safe guard the unit in transit. The filter unit inside the box was leaking. When I confronted Great Water they blamed the installer & the installer blamed Great Water. When installing the unit inside, the installer Flooded the kitchen causing the wood to swell & the filter unit was screwed to the inside of my kitchen by screws that were to log & protruded out the other side. I conversed with Great Water & they have tried to blame me or the installer. They have come up with a lot of [Content Removed] reasons for not forfill their obligations & I have supply proof to refute thier lies. Great Water are using installers that have no cabinetry or electrical experience. Great Water is happy to allow these installer to chop & modify kitchen to install their products. Great Water doesn't care about saftey or cosmetics of your kitchen. Great Water take no care or responsibility. I am now having to involve my insurer to have the damages fixed. I'm writing this to warn other & to save them pain & suffering caused by Great Water, their installer & thier poor business ethics.

friendly and professional. A very small amount of seepage we had after installation was fixed within a day after one text message to Great Water. While the price may put some off, we see it as a saving on the jug filters we no longer need to buy, and on the damage the old hard water used to do to the bathroom, kitchen and cars. The water tastes great too. No complaints. (If I could afford it, I would get the whole house filtration system with them).
Our family of 3 chose the standard recommended 10 litre filter, and are very happy with our choice. We use it for all drinking water, all washing of produce and all of our cooking too. We are plant-based eaters and so use quite a bit of water. We boil and steam and batch cook alot of our meals, so I sometimes need more than 10 litres of filtered water at a time, so i always fill and have available, a spare few litres of RO filtered water on standby, to save having to wait 15-30 mins until the 10 litre filter has refilled again.
Amazing experience, great tasting water – The purchasing experience was great, The person I spoke to explained to me how it works and advised me what tank size I should select. The installer Leveon was very friendly and explained to us how to use the filter and how to maintain it. Most importantly the taste of water is amazing and this is one of the best investments for a growing family. Amazing people, and fantastic product, highly recommend this company.

We continue to be pleased with the installation, as we were when the filters were first installed. We noticed instantly the difference the filters have made from tasting how clean and fresh the water was, to how there was no obvious chlorine or metal smell at all.
We have complete peace of mind knowing all the nasties are being filtered out for drinking, cooking and washing. We have no hesitation in recommending Great Water.

I am glad I went through them as well as they turned out to be really easy to deal with even when there was an issue with the unit, they sorted it out straight away. So 5 starts was just on the service. The unit itself is also really good and my family and I can already taste and feel the difference filtering our whole house. Example of the kind of service i received; There was one slight issue with some noise coming from the one way valve. I contacted Dave (sales) and though he was busy in a meeting, forwarded me on the details of the plumber to get local support. The plumber (Nic) responded straight away and organised to come out the next day. He replaced the faulty valve and now it's quiet as a mouse. To me, thats good service. The plumber Nic from "Ama Plumber" did a very good job with the installation and was very nice to deal with. Overall I'm pleased with the product and service.

became what i felt rude & sarcastic when i approached him with the issue was told I need to go speak with the 'scientist'. I no longer wanted to deal with him so contacted the hotline to speak with someone else. Which then I spoke with [Name Removed], who basically told me he can not do anything for me and they would not be offering a refund, the only thing i am entitled to is the system to be reinstalled which does not fix my problem or why I brought a system in the first place. The system i was not adequate for our clinic's needs. Salesman does not even no what microseimen's are. On catalogues they advertise the water as 'PURE WATER' defiantly not pure !!! Sounds like they are all about support and nice and helpful when purchasing the system but once they have your money they do not want to know you !!!

Spent big bucks, unit leaked, outdoor install is not to code, horrible after sales service – Spent BIG dollars (4.6k) with the company putting in whole house filter, in kitchen filter as well as a on demand hot water unit PLUS a 10 year warranty. absolutely no accountability. The the hot water unit stopped working completely, they first said it was out of warranty (we paid 10 year warranty and were lead to believe this included everything, were told by sales that they'd even upgrade the unit for FREE when they put out new systems - again lies) and when I pushed they waved the unit fee and said I had to pay for the reinstallation fee, not wanting to argue anymore i accepted begrudgingly.
We had plumbers come to do a little work on our taps and they found that great water installers had used click connections on the underground OUTDOOR install, and used indoor rated piping, and that the entire thing was not to code and illegal. Contacted great water and they denied, the sales came and looked and said it looked fine, i told him the plumbers said it was illegal and to get the guy who did the install to come back and have a look or another qualified plumber of theirs, the sales said he'd talk with management and i've never ever heard back from them since.
Disgraceful company. Absolutely would not recommend, will prob take them to fair trading soon.

The name says it all "Great Water, Great Product, Great Service and Great People" – Our family loves the Reverse Osmosis Filtration System, initially my husband was reluctant to spend money on a water filtration system however after tasting the filtered water he is now a big fan and is so glad we had it installed and as an added bonus we all enjoy drinking more water, even the dog.
