us very simply; he removed a lot of things we did not need to consider and explained why and then provided us with options to consider. Not a single option, but several. It all then started to make sense. There was no rush on the time to consider, and we keep getting back to Paul to clarify different points. Paul is over all of the technicalities and you can tell that when you speak to him. Finally, we chose what we thought was the best system, but he did not push any one system. Paul was so understanding and so easy to work with. He is very passionate about solar power; I think he is a real solar nerd. He knows his stuff. Now, a few weeks later, we are daily tracking our house usage, watching our inputs, watching batteries charge during the day, and then watching anxiously as they start to drain gradually each night. dealt with as he was a great listener regarding our needs, wants, budget and any concerns. He went above and beyond providing us with up to date industry and company product information together with actual company experience with the products, finally forwarding 3 proposed systems with a combination of system size, inverters and panels. On the day of our installation Green Solar Pty Ltd upgraded our GoodWe inverter to a 10K, at no extra cost to us, due to the 8.5K being unavailable. The inverter was connected to our Wifi, the monitoring App was well explained and grid connection organised. Paul and Co. also returned post installation to install the inverter cover. The entire process was stress free for us and communication pre and post installation with Green Solar was and is always open. Green Solar, are professionals in their field and very customer focussed. A huge call out to Brian, Paul and Paul and Co.! 5+++ Stars. Thank you!

and, as it turns out, they were competitive on price too so a win on all fronts! Paul was super quick to respond to all my questions and managed to get my installation arranged within 2 weeks. They turned up exactly when they said they would, and both Paul (another Paul) and George are as nice as the Paul I had been speaking to. They could have installed the inverter next to the switchboard as it was by far the easiest way, but it would have been hit by the sun all day (potentially voiding the manufacturer's warranty) so they placed it on the south side of the house and ran a bunch of extra cabling all in the name of doing a bloody good job in the customer's best interests. There's a reason why these guys have the reputation that they have. Do yourself a favour - save yourself the headaches & regrets and get your solar PV system installed by Green Solar! The entire process, from consultation to installation, was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free - even when installation had to be rescheduled due to rain, we were kept informed and the install was moved to the next available (dry!) day. because there was a slightly technical cabling issue to be resolved. This was refreshing, instead of the usual "sell as much stuff as we can" attitude. Finally, the installation quality was excellent and the installer was very professional, polite and personable. Can't fault these guys and would happily use them again.
