Top Ryde store.. Wow.. Atrocious is all I can say. I have never experienced what we experienced at Top Ryde by a worker, who followed us around the shopping centre intimidating us and our children.

Filthiest Grill’d - Moonee Ponds - The floor is covered in such a thick layer of hardened dirt and grease it looks like asphalt. The tiles behind the grill plate have caked on fat and don’t look like they’re ever cleaned. Dirty windows, cobwebs on the neon sign, leaking bathroom taps. Absolutely disgusting! Not to mention the mistakes on the order. Show details

Grill’d is seriously overpriced fast food trying to disguise itself as a semi-healthy option. Paid $60 for 2 burgers, 2 reg fries and 2 waters. Could have fed my entire family elsewhere for this. Very underwhelmed, won’t be back in a hurry. Show details

I love Grill’d and the burgers, this time at emporium I ordered my mustard and pickle on gluten free with added goats cheese— - I paid extra for the gluten free bun and extra for the goats cheese- I didn’t get the goats cheese added onto my burger which really disappointed me - please see the photos —

Both [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] are rude and poor in CS. There is a clear instruction for side chips for Center staff when ordering and it never had a problem before. also didn’t know what a meal is when I told her I didn’t ordered a cheap burger and she told me yeah you ordered a main. A joke. KFC in the same place give out a free chips when they delayed my order for 20 mins.

$15.90 each plus $7 for a handful of chips. The burgers have significantly reduced in size and there’s nothing in them. 10 staff in a quarter full Maroochydore restaurant, all about 15 years Old, No cutlery on the table or in the centre self service. About 8 minutes to be brought some. She said she was soooooo sorry. This is why People stay home. Grill’d should be embarrassed to serve this burger to someone. Show details

chicken, with thick cut chips - what we got was, waiting 15 minutes while they delivered to the person who ordered 4 minutes after us, before us, and our chicken was cold, their excuse was we had to make fresh chips - however the chips were also cold - worse, we didnt get THICK CUT CIPS, we got nasty crappy bottom of the bin scrap leftovers that he then tried to sell us as "there are our new chips, everyone will be getting these in future" - hey moron, i wasnt born yesterday - and maybe in an open kitchen u should be careful preparing food, using your phone scrolling whatever the hell you were scrolling while people can see you scratch ur head with your gloves on - the standards have sure dropped in Hawthorn, after what ive seen, i would be afraid to eat anything from that store again, never mind the trash quality trash food they tried to sell us as hot and fresh - one star, and thats becasue i cant give you lower - and check ur bloody cameras, if you dont believe me - we took photos of the trash food

The IPL Veggie Burger - Indian Pea & Lentil burger - when asked if there is chilli sauce and he mentioned there is schezwan chilli sauce in the burger .... - the burger is ready in 10 minutes roughly. The burger was not even hot and the chilli sauce tasted like sweet chilli rather than schezwan chilli ... the worst veggie burger I ever had and it is not worth 16$ ... attempted to order from here. Tonight we have ordered an Oscar Piastri Chicken Burger, a Build you own Chicken burger, and Chips and Dip Sauce.

The build your own Chicken burger was supposed to be on Traditional bun, with Aged Cheddar, Beetroot, Caesar Dressing, Cos Lettuce, Bacon, Charred Pineapple & Parmesan Cheese. Note was made for the bacon to be cooked extra Crispy (burnt). I ensured this order was double checked with the order taker, whom was lovely and had great customer service skills. However the build your own Chicken burger, had no Pineapple, no Parmesan, and the bacon was nearly raw. The Oscar Piastri Chicken Burger, although made with the correct ingredients, the Chicken was extremely tough and rubbery - nearly uneatable.

Please note, I DO NOT want a free burger as an outcome of this complaint. I have never used these from my previous complaints. Why would I want a free burger when you cannot make a paid burger correctly.

We went to grilled in Geelong then you drive-through store we live 20 km away. We get home. They forgot to put the meat on the hamburgers we ring them. The guy says drive back. I will give you credit. We don’t give refunds. I said I don’t want to drive back. It’s too far. He said well it’s not much I can do about it. Put a complaint in head… Read more

I placed an order on Grill'd App, dor the Browns Plains branch. According to the app it shows delivery but another screen shows pick up. I phoned them to confirm. The lady who answered said it was good for delivery. Then the manager phoned later and said it is for pick up. I told her I need it to be delivered. She told me to cancel the order.… Read more

my wife ordered. I'm guessing the young staff there had never seen one before. What arrived (after a fair delay) was a bowl containing a lot of tired, stained,. past its best Cos lettuce. some bacon, some pieces of broken up burger bun (their idea of croutons?) and some chicken that I suspect was a few bits of a chicken burger with the coating removed. Gross. For a newish, growing business Grill'd really need to ensure their staff are well trained and not some kids off the street given an apron. They're good at the greetings, hi how are ya and selling but that's pointless if the actual product is poor quality. Need to do better and always get it right.

I didn’t like how rude the customer service was, they slammed the drinks on the table and then as I proceeded to get take away boxes that are on display to the public and she rudely said to me “please don’t touch those we serve people’s food on them”. The food is way too expensive for the food quality. Overall terrible place to come don’t waste your money on this terribly ran establishment. Go to maccas.

Burgers were cold buns stale no flavour. I ordered the sweet chilli chicken. There was no sweet chilli and the chicken was cold, tough and no flavour. The lamb burger did not taste like lamb, again it actually had sweet chilli mayo on it and bun was stale. The beef burger was the same, patty cold the pineapple was not char grilled as it stated, no flavour and bun was stale. Won’t be going back there. Expensive and awful

We dined at Paddington Brisbane store today. The site was very dirty and the floor slippery with fat(?) and there were boxes all over the back of the store. The kids burger was adequate but the salads were missing some ingredients. There is a lot of competition around the area and I suggest you lift your game. Show details

yum 5 stars again, finally got back after 3 years in NZ, to Canberra (Woden or Phillip), craving again, Grill’d burger simply grilled ordered with extra tomato sauce, this time 4 stars not quite as good as Wagga, and the service was slightly less than Wagga, I put that down to they didn’t know me, I wrote a review, the next time, again I was home alone 3-4 weeks later, same person on orders, she was was brilliant, recognised me very friendly and knew what serving customers meant to a business fantastic 5-6stars out of 5, the burger (again simply grilled + cheese + bacon) yum, 41/2stars just short of Wagga, my wife at last liked the sunshine burger (it has pineapple) she likes it ! , had take-away, except she didn’t like it as much, it was brought back home (not hot enough), anyway, we had it again, same again not hot enough. I still loved mine (simply grilled + cheese), 4 stars, the service by the waiters (male & female) fantastic, they checked after delivery of food at the table, to make sure everything was good, they also were great at their jobs 5+stars, food 4-5 stars getting better, that was 3-4 months ago, so tonight ordering pass, 3stars the male was fine, waiters women pass 3stars no check to see if all was good, I didn’t have a servette, so got one when I’d finished, not a big problem, hence the 3/5 stars, they were talking to each other leaning on the bench waiting for orders to be finished, no looking around at the customers not very busy after 8pm, however they were friendly and nice, again 3stars, then we have the burger, I put about 4-5 chips on my plate expecting a juicy burger, I’d ordered the same simply grilled + cheese + bacon and extra tomato relish, however, I was disappointed very little drips for my chips to soak up, still yummy, but not like it was just like the service, no-one I recognised, no perfect order service young lady, no perfect service gentleman making sure all was good, and no more yummy dripping burger, and no more longing (craving) for another burger; except I can’t eat another!! And of course no more rating of 5+ Stars. Grilled was absolutely more than brilliant in supporting local causes, fantastic service, continuing continuity with keeping employees, and making sure standards were kept by passing on the batten so to speak to new employees, my thoughts are: are the slump in service and quality of product, because you’re chasing the almighty dollar, or are you after a truly great product with great service and thoughtfulness towards each community you are in.??? It still is yummy and service ok, but standing out mmmmm, one thing the bottle tops for community are still brilliant. This long story, which I’m telling you, is so the quality returns and hopefully your profits return, if it doesn’t change back, I believe your profits continue to go downhill, cutting the food on the burgers, like thinner slices of tomato, smaller serve of tomato relish, smaller piece of bacon or a 10gram smaller patty, might work out to be more profit in the short term but you will loose regular customers. From my point of view is will I pay a higher price for your product now, above others or even something like pizza (which is cheaper), so far I’ll think out it longer and harder. I WANT to have that craving again PLEASE! All this time typing this, is slow for an old man. I hope it’s worth it for You & Me !! I didn't get my food! Still got charged for it though. I ordered online and the food just didn't arrive. When I checked the tracking it said the order was cancelled. I didn't cancel it though and they still charged me for it! I'm having to work to get my money back.
