Guardian Pet Insurance Platinum Plan

Great pet insurance – Guardian were excellent to deal with. If the vet clinic was unable to process a gap payment it was easy to submit invoice and vet notes through the portal when lodging a claim. Claims were always processed within a few days and received 80% of vet fees incurred. Definitely value for money for our dog who had numerous issues. Had our policy with guardian for 6&1/2 yrs until we unfortunately had to have her euthanised due to terminal illness. Show details ·  1

Through and fair – Our pet insurance policies are important to us. The claim process often take a a long time but the returns are fair and reflect the policy clearly. I would love the company to move to EFT returns rather than cheques, but aside from this we are happy customers.  Show details ·  1

Not what I expected – Lodged two claims, second was settled quickly, the first claim needed further information, but I was not notified. Sent information requested, and agin more info required but was not notified. Claim was settled after 6 weeks, and still waiting on breakdown on payment received, which I was told would be sent. Fantastic! – I’ve had this insurance since my dog was 1 (now 9) I have never had a need for too many claims until now, but with my dog having a few issues in his old age, Guardian has been fantastic in assessing and paying my claims.
