So yesterday I received my new sneakers ( Samara low rise) in off white I got them on sale for a very very good price, however women size (US 9) my size, are very tight for a size 9 and very, very stiff and way to tight, however all my other shoes are in a US Women's size 9, so I'm quite at a loss to why and they are rubbing on the sides of my foot and I literally can not walk in them without the rubbing, it hurts to walk in them and I shouldn't have to go up a size as I am a (US9)..The quality is there but, disappointed that they are so tight and very, very stiff....GUESS was once a very reputable company for their products, however over the yrs they have gotten cheap with their materials for the products! Sorry GUESS but I'm moving on and won't be buying anymore! I'm very disappointed in GUESS!
Avoid purchasing Guess bags, clothes, shoes – Naya Shoulder Bag - Purchased online January 2023. By June 2024 the straps have frayed from regular use. off a cliff. Merely used the bag 5 days a week for work. Poor quality will not buy guess products anymore. Not even a good quality fake leather looks like cheap plastic on your bags. I will take the matter further. You have obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
Shoes of poor quality, didn’t last 10 months and then told it was “wear and tear” – Shoes are poor quality, didn’t last 10 months. was fair wear and tear. The logo falling off has nothing to do with wear and tear, and is only poor craftsmenship. Terrible customer service, awfully cheap product. Will not purchase from guess again.
Nightmare Returns: A Jacket Purchase Gone Wrong – The return and exchange policy is horrendous. Refund given without explanation – Ordered online and 3 days later I received a text from PayPal saying I will get a refund from Guess.Guess did not bother to tell me why they cancelled the order.
Horrible – I bought a Guess handbag online and the letter G started to peel after couple of months by itself. I contacted customer care but they didn't care. I am not going to buy anything from Guess anymore.

Poor quality – Guess clothing is very poor quality for the price that you pay. I have returned a blouse that frayed under arm after wearing it twice. Also zips are poor quality, and the hook fastenings tend to fall off because they are badly sewn on. Show details
Not worth the money – Ordered a bag online for $110. Only used it for 2 months and the handle fell apart. When I contacted Guess I was told they could refund $16 as this is normal wear and tear. I've had cheaper handbags that have lasted longer than this. Very average for such a well known company.
Very Disappointing – I bought a PU quilted jacket which WASN'T cheap to find that the leather is flaking at the top of the jacket. I would definitely keep away from guess products as the products fail to be durable, value for money and lack of customer service.

In December 2020, I saw the same tee I tried purchasing in August and the system advised there was 1 left in stock. So, I purchased two so other items, to take up the offer of 20% discount I was offered in August. I must admit, I was hesitant to make this purchase, following what had happened, but thought I would give them another go.
The following day I called Guess, just to make sure all was ok with this purchase, especially after what had previously occurred. I was only able to leave a phone message and then received an email from customer care representative, Kailin to advise yet again this tee was out of stock. I was furious, and subsequently cancelled my entire order. I was very angry at the situation, not with her – and rightly so, in my opinion. How could they do this yet again? What is wrong with their system?
I have been purchasing Guess items for years and have spent so much money over this time. Where is the loyalty to consumers? I asked Kailin to have this escalated to a supervisor and this was ignored, in fact, she has completely ignored me and failed to reply to my last email asking this situation to be made right. I have been completely ignored and have heard nothing since the 18th of December. I am so upset and really feel they have let me down. Loyalty goes both ways and after service is extremely important. Very disappointed.

Not worth 1 star under investigation by fair trading – Bag broke after 3 weeks and peeled. The female staff from online was rude and unhelpful Not worth the price, people Calvin Klein and Burberry have great stuff I definitely wont buy from them again.
