Avoid purchasing Guess bags, clothes, shoes – Naya Shoulder Bag - Purchased online January 2023. By June 2024 the straps have frayed from regular use. off a cliff. Merely used the bag 5 days a week for work. Poor quality will not buy guess products anymore. Not even a good quality fake leather looks like cheap plastic on your bags. I will take the matter further. You have obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

used. There have been other reviews on the internet of people having exactly the same problem with other Guess handbags falling apart. It seems that it is an extensive issue with poor quality materials being used for expensive handbags.

Terrible quality and customer service – Paid $150 for a guess back. Used it only for a few weeks and the handle attachment came apart. I contacted guess who advised to send it back to the store although the store advised to contact guess due to poor workmanship. I never got a refund or a replacement. Customer service refused to help and exchange or replace it. I’m Left with an expensive unusable bag. Never again

Very bad customer service when emailing complaints department – I have now bought 2 x pairs of the guess sexy curve jeans , I have also contacted guess directly to ask why the jeans after you wear them a few times gather near the crotch area right across the leg , now because I have bought them from Myers I was told to take them back to Myer and explain what's happened no I won't do that as I'm asking you directly why your jeans do this ? As if Myer can tell me , I thought her answer was ridiculous

Fantastic customer service – The staff at the DFO Brisbane were fantastic. They were all extremely helpful and had great customer service. The products are fantastic as well .We were treated with respect and courtesy. They helped find a suitable present for us.

A long lasting and well worth the money item – I always buy my handbags from guess as they last around 2-3 years for every day use. While they may be more expensive, the quality and style is well worth the money. This goes for their clothing items as well. The material feels high quality and lasts a long time. I recommend guess to everyone.

Guess handbags poor quality – Don't waste your time and money with these over rated handbags. You will pay through the nose for simply the Guess name, not quality. I have had better bags from Kmart. My first and lass Guess bag I only 2 years old and the leather has come off. Rang and emailed Guess Australia only to be told it is my fault as I have mistreated the bag. Unbelievable. No repair or refund offered. Plan to take this further.

jewelry, but I'm guessing that they use very cheap materials and the watch stopped working in 1 month, the battery died. IV replaced the battery several times IV only had the watch a yr. So yesterday I received my new sneakers ( Samara low rise) in off white I got them on sale for a very very good price, however women size (US 9) my size, are very tight for a size 9 and very, very stiff and way to tight, however all my other shoes are in a US Women's size 9, so I'm quite at a loss to why and they are rubbing on the sides of my foot and I literally can not walk in them without the rubbing, it hurts to walk in them and I shouldn't have to go up a size as I am a (US9)..The quality is there but, disappointed that they are so tight and very, very stiff....GUESS was once a very reputable company for their products, however over the yrs they have gotten cheap with their materials for the products! Sorry GUESS but I'm moving on and won't be buying anymore! I'm very disappointed in GUESS!

was fair wear and tear. The logo falling off has nothing to do with wear and tear, and is only poor craftsmenship. Terrible customer service, awfully cheap product. Will not purchase from guess again.

Dont go here often but always feel welcome when visiting! The clothing range is very decent and has bigger sizes for me which is always a relief. While everyone loves the bag and wallet range, I quite like the everyday clothing myself, super comfortable and feels a good quality. I told them i was traveling and needed the item by 17th if it could be fast tracked. Crap service by such a big company , think twice if you want to purchase online . Such a shame . handbag - how embarrassing! I contacted Guess customer care (not even close to caring!) explaining my concern. I received a email from Guess asking me to contact Strandbags with my concern and so I did, that was almost 2 weeks ago and nothing, not even an acknowledgment, needless to say I am now left $180 out of pocket for a Guess handbag that I hardly used! Certainly won’t be buying any more Guess products and I certainly won’t be shopping at Strandbags either!

Faulty product impossible to exchange – Bought two handbags. Both dirty and one is faulty. ( only noticed it at home as it was a gift) Contacted the store immediately as well as the guess helpline. Advised me to try to clean the dirt off at home and see….… then advised me to travel 1hrs to show the bag to the store manager who will decide if it is suitable for a refund. Pathetic isn’t. Not worth the money – Ordered a bag online for $110. Only used it for 2 months and the handle fell apart. When I contacted Guess I was told they could refund $16 as this is normal wear and tear. I've had cheaper handbags that have lasted longer than this. Very average for such a well known company.

used as a shoulder strap. Quite elaborate. I brought it into use around 4 months ago and it gets used around 4 hours 3 times a week. I kept losing things in it and eventually discovered one of the seams in an inside pocket was not complete and small objects such as coins and keys were escaping through this to between the lining and the outside bag. Then I noticed the piping edging was becoming shiny. It was plastic, sprayed with a matt finish of some sort which had worn off. Then the same happened with the lovely soft quilted ''leather'', which was microscopically thin and somehow attached to cloth underneath which now shows. I am totally disappointed with the poor quality of this bag. Never again will I buy Guess.

In December 2020, I saw the same tee I tried purchasing in August and the system advised there was 1 left in stock. So, I purchased two so other items, to take up the offer of 20% discount I was offered in August. I must admit, I was hesitant to make this purchase, following what had happened, but thought I would give them another go.

The following day I called Guess, just to make sure all was ok with this purchase, especially after what had previously occurred. I was only able to leave a phone message and then received an email from customer care representative, Kailin to advise yet again this tee was out of stock. I was furious, and subsequently cancelled my entire order. I was very angry at the situation, not with her – and rightly so, in my opinion. How could they do this yet again? What is wrong with their system?

I have been purchasing Guess items for years and have spent so much money over this time. Where is the loyalty to consumers? I asked Kailin to have this escalated to a supervisor and this was ignored, in fact, she has completely ignored me and failed to reply to my last email asking this situation to be made right. I have been completely ignored and have heard nothing since the 18th of December. I am so upset and really feel they have let me down. Loyalty goes both ways and after service is extremely important. Very disappointed.
