Guilt Free Treats

[Content Removed] Company - Also Currently running NEW company as [Content Removed] – Made an order on 14th Jan 2021. Have only received Zen Auto Desk replies months later. Website is now down too. Has been exposed on [Name Removed] as [Content Removed] as well and is currently promoting their [Content Removed] brand which is likely also a [Content Removed].

This company is a scam – I placed an order on 21st of August 2020. I granted them a lengthy amount of time to provide the product as they are allegedly 'made to order'. After 12 months I asked for a refund, to which they've responded 'sure' on multiple occasions, but they have never refunded the money. This business is a fraud

World champions at excuses – Had two orders fulfilled and the product was good quality but I am still waiting for my third order six months down the track. If and when they make and deliver it is fine but the only thing that they are consistently good at is making excuses.

Amazing – Amazing guilt free treats. I tried a range of the desserts and there was nothing I could fault. Very delicious and long lasting. Helped all my sugar cravings without feeling guilty for eating them. Thank you so much Guilt Free!  Show reply

No fuss refund – I missed out on the goodies as something went wrong but I was given a prompt refund by an obvious caring team. Thanks for the no fuss refund and follow up..

This is a scam you’ll lose money and time – I tried to order these for my daughters birthday and ordered them 2 months in advance to try and they still didn’t arrive. tried to tell me I had actually received 1 box. I spent at least 15 hours of my time resolving these refunds which I don’t get reimbursed for. If this was genuine company the minute I raised the complaint the refund process would have been easy and apologetic. That did not happen. Don’t risk your money. They are preying on the fact that people have food intolerances! That is horrific! To top it all off they even pay a person to record a personal video message to you using your name. I didn’t want a video - I wanted a product.

This business is a scam – Ordered in July and products still not received. Asked for a refund and their accounting department mysteriously has a problem for almost two months so far. Say goodbye to your money

ITEMS ORDERED 2 MONTHS AGO NEVER DELIVERED- – I'm rather bemused at the reviews written recently- or even this year! I ordered items in October that never materialised. to paypal claim and the next day was granted a refund. For those in the same boat- I'd suggest contacting Paypal - or even your financial institute to see if there's any chance of a refund. After checking their facbook page- peole back in March were in the same boat.

Still Waiting – Placed my pre order in about March and I'm still waiting for my delivery to arrive despite so many broken promises and insufficient progress updates

Great healthy options without losing out on taste – I really enjoyed the vegan treats from the tryguiltfree box. For me, the erythritol in the choc chip cookie and the brownie were a bit overpowering but I am quite sensitive to sugar replacements. Loved the pear and almond cookie and the chocolate sablé, and was happy to share them with my little kids without worrying about the sugar hit! Show reply

Good Product – I took part in the pre-order and there was a significant wait but was always advised what was going on. The first order had a couple of products I didn't enjoy but the others were great.
