I don't think their food is that great. Last night I gave it a second chance and to my disappointment I won't buy it again. tacos tasted old and there was hardly any beef or chicken in them. Needless to say, I make much better tacos.
Ordered Vegetarian Nachos in the drive through at Salisbury Downs store. I got hot chips instead???? It even had Nachoes written on the sticker on the top of the container........

Friendly staff – Great service, friendly staff, asked how our days been, apologised for waiting even though it was fast timing. Offered my 7yr old daughter icecream ot no charge.
Crawling insect in food and worse customer service at seven hills guzman y Gomez – The food we have been served was awful. There was a crawling insect ( baby cockroach ) in my food. Straight away I bring attention to service staff and she saw and admitted. I have request her to as I want to see manager on duty and the guy without apologies or any conversation talk back you want refund or another meal!! He also said it’s just fruit flies. What you want?? Refund or meal ??In disrespectful manner twice without any apology.

GYG Windsor always admit key ingredients from your order whether the ingredients come with your order or whether you add them as an extra there is always something missing from the store. This order came with corn chips, but you can’t see any and I also paid extra for more corn chips and there was none unsatisfactory.
Went to GYG Fortitude Valley and ordered the Street Corn and Queso Fries. Unfortunately, both were way too salty and we couldn’t even finish them. What a joke. The app is completely pointless. Ordered tenders and fries on the app, which took about 4–6 minutes to complete. I waited another 10 minutes before heading down since the app said it was ready for pickup. Arrived only to stand around waiting for another 18 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous service and a complete waste of time.
You post photos of nice fresh produce on the products but give nothing like this Its always slop Im sticking to zambreros

In store, Caboolture, puchased mini buretto chicken meal with Lemon Ice Tea. Charged $9.90 for mini burreto and $7.00 for dink & fries = $16.90. On the website says above is $12 meal with $1.30 extra for iced tea = $13.30. I spoke to the manager and she said the staff are trained this way. Cashiers put in burrito then meal which charges extra $3.60.
My chicken burrito had a small piece of chicken bone in it. Not something you`d expect to find. Luckily I didn't swallow it. It was my first time trying this place and I was hoping to find it nice. The taste was incredibly bland and you get a better product with Old El Paso which isn't saying much. As it was a take away and I didnt keep my receipt I dont expect much of a response from them. This was at the Punchbowl, NSW store.
I ordered large fries, Sautéed Vegetable Mini Nachos With Guacamole and enchiladas staff give me this large fries looks like small fries, in nachos there are some mini peaces of mashrooms and in enchiladas they don’t any kind off souse and they add too much capsicum ….

absolutely horrified when i opened my gyg nacho bowl to find a STRAND of hair in it. this is really unnaceptable and the workers haor shpuld be tied back enough to avoid this happening. we shouldnt have to tolerate this as customers who spent over 50 dollars on this meal. and i couldnt finish this as i was disgusted with the hair.
The location was extremely dirty in the Rhodes Burrito Shopping Centre.

Cold food again – I understand that gng doesn't deliver food, but I didn't buy it from uber.... the food arrived cold, its not hard to deliver food at a reasonable temperature. Anyway this is the 2nd time uber vs gng has ruined my meal. I'm not a big fan of incompetence. Guz and gom , how about asking drivers if they have adequate food handling equipment ?
Follow-up · My follow up. I never really enjoyed Mexican type food. Closest I came is Indian, Sri lankin food. Amazing flavours. Mild only. Lol. I won't eat gng again. Unless I buy a franchise. Lol

Wrong order, argument & poor quality ingredients – Taco was filled with one teaspoon of meat, a shred of lettuce and a cup of cheese, not edible. allowed me to ask for my original order. Guy serving couldn't speak proper English so gave burrito instead of salad bowl. NEVER AGAIN. Rude staff, substandard service, bad food.

Great experience at GYG Wodonga! The food was fresh, hot, and prepared super quickly. The staff were friendly and efficient will definitely be coming back regularly.
We would like to thank Macy at GYG MONAVALE The system was not working and kept rejecting our credit card. We did not have any cash and she was generous to let us have our lunch from “the house” Apparently some internet glitch happened. Thank you very much Delicious lunch
Had lunch at Guzzies today. Worne Ponds Geelong. Great service. Food was delicious. Kids got ice cream for free. Place was clean and staff were very efficient at their tasks.

Very disappointed with Guzman y Gomez this morning at fortitude valley emporium I just wanted a simple coffee with lactose-free milk… and apparently that was asking for too much! ☕️ Come on GYG, we cyclists need our coffee — and some of us need it without the lactose! ♂️
Got 2 days worth of food poisoning from GYG Ripley. Had not eaten since breakfast and got food around 9:45pm. Big mistake! Gave all information to head office and was completely gaslit about my complaint.

eat either of them. It was a complete waste of money and food, and the situation could have been avoided if my request had been followed or if I had been given accurate information about the ingredients.
I hope the staff take dietary requests more seriously and provide accurate information to customers.

Harbour town GYG is terrible for giving out orders as I online ordered and my food was sat there for 15 minutes. I also ordered a kids mini burrito meal which online says it only includes chicken and salsa and rice and my burrito was full of beans and two pieces of chicken I am terribly disappointed in their service.
