Undelivered item worth $180 – Covid shutdown happened no response about my delivery has been paid in full. I tried to respond by email so many months later still no response.

Send trackers to your PC – I GOOGLED habitat pet supplies to see there range. The next day I received a email from them promoting their products!!. How can they do this when nothing was handed over to them.l did not give any information at all. Ive since blocked anything to do with this mob. Be very carefull

Avoid at all cost! – My order was placed on 14.01.21 and have yet to receive the purchased item or a refund. I have asked numerous times for them to take some action. If I get a reply it blames Covid for the delay. Why there they allowed to still trade seeing that I am not the only one being fleeced?

7 months wait – Do not order from this site as I've have been waiting 7 months for my item I've asked for a refund in which has been ignored and sent automated msges

waiting, I asked for a refund, but got no reply. It is now nearly 3 months since my purchase and the Habitat Homewares website is shut down. I left a msg on their Facebook page, asking for a refund. Still no reply or explanation. Even an apology would be nice. Ripped off by a scumbag!

Rip Off Scammer – Like the poor people below this guy stole $300 off me via his dodgy website. [Name Removed] is no stranger to ripping off people, he's been doing this since early 2000's according to an ASIC report. He has gone into liquidation several times so this is not his first rodeo. [Address Removed] I have lodged a Fair Trading complaint. I note his website is now 'closed'. Do not buy!!!!!!

Shocking - Do not buy from – Exceptionally poor communication Product was good but expensive & took weeks to arrive then only part delivered with one item faulty. Followed up my missing items - got an ‘oh my’ then ‘items at customs’ then nothing further. They are not responding. I would not recommend.

Poor communication – Ordered an "in stock" item 2 months ago. After one month and no communication emailed and reply said another month. That month has passed and once again no communication. The site stated in general information that delays for some items may occur due to Covid, however my item was listed as being in stock when I ordered and my payment was accepted with no indication that it was a back order.

False advertising Not Australian – It’s been two months since I ordered a bedroom mat for my daughters birthday. We are still awaiting arrival. I was given a tracking number after chasing one. Package currently in transit from Singapore. It is advertised as Australian so false advertising don’t purchase via them if you want to support an Aussie business & looking for quick delivery.

I wish I’d read the reviews – Purchased a room divider and received no tracking information. Eventually got the tracking number and it reads that the item was delivered 4 days ago. I never received the item and Aust post has no record of it. Any correspondence with the company keeps informing me it has been delivered and to check the local post office. Very disappointed as I really liked the item I thought I had purchased. No refund given.

Dodgy – Purchased a tv unit and delivery was quoted at $39.95 for a large item. Paid and then received an email a week later asking for $350 to deliver my tv unit! I wanted a refund as soon as i read the reviews – I tried to get hold of customer service but for 3 days now, every time it just says they have a high volume of calls and I haven't been able to talk to anyone. I've left emails with no response. I don't even want the item anymore, I just want my money back :(

Scam Site – This is a Scam business. After they receive your payment they will advise you that its out of stock. You won't get a refund, and they will stop answering your calls and emails. Avoid at all costs

Terrible customer service. No product 3.5 months after order – I ordered an item in January. Followed up a month later and they said estimated arrival was April. Followed up twice in April and had no responses. Finally get a refund with no apology.

Is this company even real? – My husband purchased a water fountain from Habitat in December. It was apparently shipped on the 6th of January and arrived in Australia on the 12th of January. After numerous emails from "Susan" we still haven't received this and it is now the 21st of April. Now we are asking for a refund and getting no reply. I will be reporting to the ACCC today, however I am starting to think this is just all one big scam.

Do not buy from this site – Basically my parcel has not shown up. Its been nearly 2 mnths. you are a new, potential customer, I would recommend searching elsewhere for the product you're after unless you are incredibly patient or fine with being left in the dark.

The worst Online Retailer I’ve shopped from – It’s been more than a month, I have no information about where my order is and when can I expect its delivery. The Customer Service Representative has no information and never replies. Not Recommended

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY – I ordered a buffet table but they were out of stock and I didn’t want to swap it to anything else on their site. They agreed to give me a refund after I had to follow up twice to tell them to cancel my order. 2 weeks later and still no refund so I followed up again but they are now ignoring me. Luckily I had paid with PayPal and have had to file a dispute. I will be reporting this company to the ACCC.
