Fridge sold with known faults. Received it in December, still don’t have a working fridge in April. Haier and fisher paykel have terrible customer service and sell faulty products and then don’t care about fixing them. Bought because the design was nice, would never touch a haier or fisher Patel again after this debacle. The fridge clicks, can’t cool below 5 degrees and chews through electricity. Despite being a known fault they sent the wrong part when the repair guy turned up 3 months after I sought a repair, it’s now been over a month and we’re still waiting. Incompetent manufacturing, incompetent after sales care. Avoid these jokers.
Follow-up · Avoid this company. Fridge sold with a known fault. Arrived in December, mid May and I still don’t have a working fridge. If you have a haier or fisher paykel fridge, go buy a fridge thermometer now. When I complained about the delays, Haier unilaterally cancelled the repairs I’d been waiting months for. Befor cancelling it, when their repairer came, he rang the helpline and it took them all of one minute to diagnose the problem as their known fault. Despite this, they sent the wrong parts to repair it. All that time wasting food and money for absolutely no benefit. This is not a serious company. Bought through appliances online, who repeatedly misrepresented the process and issues and have done sweet ba to solve the problem, other than repeatedly refuse to tell me which ombudsman they are covered by. Don’t buy from appliances online and don’t buy from haier, unless you like wasting time and money and dicing with food poisoning.

Excellent Fridge – We bought this Fridge during the recent State Govt incentive to update to 4 or 5 Star Energy Ratings. It is good looking, easy to clean the exterior, doors, etc and is very versatile with its ability to have a compartment that can either be a freezer or a fridge.
A nice fridge at an affordable price – The fridge is quad door with a switch zone which is great because if I needed extra fridge area, I can change it to that and if I need more freezer space, I can change it. There is an express freeze function. The vegetable area is my favourite. Compared to conventional fridge, it definitely keeps my vegetables fresher for longer. They also have a filter which ensures the fridge smells fresh.
Last but not least my other favourite function is the slow brightening when you open the doors. At night when you open the fridge, it's comfortable for the eyes.
Perfect Refrigerator so far – Size perfect fit to the cabinet of my home, silent and stylish design. Would even better if they can offer further discount.
