Malfunction Constantly & Costs Thousands in Spoiled Food – In December we bought a brand new fridge. A Haier 507L Quad Door Fridge with Ice & Plumbed-in Water Dispenser - Black Since then it has malfunctioned 3 times that I have physically seen inside the fridge reaching temperatures of over 20 degrees. This has cost us thousands in food wastage as it is constantly around 30+ degrees here. I have tried to contact support multiple times via phone and chat. I have attached a chat log for you to see just how infuriating this is. It also does not work, I am starting to wonder if that is just a Haier trait, things not working. The automated phone call asked me to book a technician in, which is still a month away. That is hopeless to us as we need an actual functioning fridge. I requested a call back as the hold queue is so long, I presume other faulty appliances? No call came back though. Thus making it impossible to contact you for support.

When we bought the fridge it was to come with a $200 cashback and again,which was not honored, even when I have tried to contact them about it prior.

Ultimately I am furious that a brand new $2000 fridge has cost us so much in wasted food. The first 2 times it happened I thought maybe it was the fridge not closing properly, so I have been extremely vigilant in ensuring it is closed and again this morning the fridge was over 20degrees inside, sealed.

We have been getting sick with symptoms that relate to food poisoning every now and then, I now believe it is because the fridge won't hold a steady temperature and the food and medication that is stored in it is spoiling much quicker than it should.

Great quility fridge – Gorgeous fridge and design. Very Spacious and high quality. Keeps everything fresh and cold, loads of freezer space. Doors open with eaz with handles on the bottom and top of the doors. You can also with a push of a button put it on super cool and super freeze after you have stocked it and it turns off automatically. I cannot fault this fridge
