never comes. Finally, fridge was assessed by a technician, who advised that the fridge should be replaced. Called F&P again, and they advised after an hour of waiting that they would repair it (no timeframe given). Called the repair service to ask for the report, who informed me they can not give it to me. Advised by Dept of Consumer Affairs to go to the retailer, again was like banging my head up against a brick wall again. If I do not hear from either in the next 24 hours, I will be lodging a complaint with Dept of Consumer Affairs, who have already advised that I am more than within my rights to either get a refund or replacement fridge. From all the reviews, it appears that it is not worth getting the fridge repaired as the problems never seem to be fixed. Buyer beware, the Haier customer service is appalling and the fridges are rubbish (and I am quoting a sale person from the retailer where the fridge was purchased). Fridge shelves split and the ice cube holder broke. Utter rubbish

Terrible Fridge. Don't buy this brand – We have had this fridge for a little over 3 years. It has been leaking so much water from the top of the fridge that I need to put a container underneath or the fridge gets flooded each morning. door shelves have broken, they broke just after the 2 year warranty expired. The temperature is not even across the whole fridge either. Do yourself a favour and choose a different brand, this is a poor quality fridge, wish we had spent extra money on a fridge that was properly made. Will never purchase this brand again.

Value for money – Reasonably large with good fridge and freezer capacity. Cooling for both fridge and freezer is good. However the build quality is not great. The steel material is of minimal thickness and can get easily dented even if handling it normally, lie while shifting homes. Other than that good value for money  Show details

So much space! – Awesome size fridge. Very, very quite. Temperature is well maintained in both fridge and freezer, had for nearly a year and hasn’t developed any cold or not as cold areas, same temperature throughout. Great Fridge – We needed a new fridge on a budget and bought this one. It has blown me away with how good it has been. It has lots of shelf room in the fridge. Customer service is great, our seal started to come away in a small area we rang up and they were extremely apologetic and immediately got us to contact the local service team in our area for it to be fixed under warranty asap.

It really suits our need – Our need was a value for money fridge/freezer. What we received in our purchase fulfilled this so far, with some exceptions. the compartments. When each compartment is full, contents have to be shifted to operate the controllers. On opening the fridge door, a good range of door space storage positions are in view which suits the many and varied shapes and sizes of fridge storing products, eg from 200ml to 2000ml products. There is a need for a digital temperature display, one in each compartment to quickly give the operating temperature to allow comparison with product storing requirements. How the product operates over time will need another year at least, but so far so good.

Perfect spacious refrigerator I was after – I bought this excellent refrigerator online from electric discounter about 16 months back. From that it is serving me very well. Very spacious from inside, easy to clean and cheap on price, too. It has been very silent and cool from outside, too. As I was worrying it would be noisy because of cheap price. But it hasn’t. Only had it for 3months and the fridge is broken lost all food in it! Not happy! – I thought it was a great fridge quite but 12weeks later the fridge doesn't work! Trouble Free performance – I earlier had a LG which worked well until it was no longer cooling and milk kept going off. Sold that and got Haier. Its performance is spectacular. Works Quietly and quite easy to clean as I place mats under the shelves which I just toss in the Haier washing machine for a clean every month. No regrets  Show details

Cheap but with important problems. Won't buy again – Its cheap for what it does among the more budget refridgerators. However, a couple of problems. Door dents very very easily. Its some very soft metal. Reflects the price.

Excellent budget fridge – I bought the 422L as it was a good couple of hundred dollars cheaper than the next brand up of its size. It's only been 4 months since I purchased but there's not too much that would go wrong with a fridge that can't be easily fixed. It's a lot quieter than another expensive model I had previously, it's spacious inside and easy to clean. It is very stylish and fits right into a brand new kitchen. It is good – It is a good brand in China, and I believe its reputation. I bought this one a few days ago, and am happy with this. I can't see any problems at this moment since its still new. It doesn't produce much noise, and easy to clean. Good value for money.  Show details

Exactly what wanted, at the price that was excellent, from Domaine – Bouight from Domaine at West Gosford, who were excellent throughout the purchase. In fact, when their people delivered it, they dented the door in doing so. This door was replaced with good grace, within 2 weeks (the spare door had to come from NZ). Very happy with my purchase.

Good Value for Money – Purchased this Fridge recently from the Good Guys. Was out of stock due to the extreme demand looking at the low price. It is a perfect value for money as you get a big fridge for a low price. It is completely basic and serves the purpose. Easy to clean as it has all glass shelves. Only the downside to it is that the build quality is not top notch. The outside metal is very thin and can be easily dented if pushed a bit hard.  Show details

Great Value for Money – We bought this fridge and for the price that we paid, it is such great value. The freezer has so much room as does the fridge. Very easy to clean due to the size of the shelves and the vegetable bin fits everything. You don't even notice the fridge at all as the noise it makes is minimal. Good features! – We had a choice of brands but size restrictions limited our selections. The Heier had good features that suited us - wide shelves in the door and a reasonable amount of adjustment to shelf positions in the main cabinet. The freezer cabinet suited our requirements and the crisper drawer had an adjustable humidity control.  Show details

Fridge freezer meets requirements – The fridge freezer works well. It is not too noisy and seems to keep the right temperatures in both fridge and freezer. It meets our needs. A bigger family might want a bigger freezer if you want to freeze more. The fridge is about twice as big as the freezer.  Show details

Excellent fridge – Had this for about 8 months now and it has been a great unit, excellent defrosting although sometimes it makes some funny noises after closing the freezer door.
