Out Of Gas In 9 Months – My little fridge died after just 9 months. Still under warranty the service guy just wrote it off and said I will be getting a new one. Great! can't tell me if the fridge has been loaded from the warehouse (a mere 2 day drive from where I live) onto the promised truck. Can't tell me if it is already on its way and can't tell me what an acceptable time frame to be without a fridge is.

I will never buy another Fisher & Paykel product because the follow up service is so poor.

Great news! While I have been typing I have been on hold to the said company and they have tracked down the fridge (still in the warehouse) and it won't be delivered until next week. Oh goody two weeks in summer without a fridge.
