HAIER FRIDGE BROKEN AGAIN – Well 2nd time in 12 months HAIER brand new fridge stopped working AGAIN. Fridge section not cooling. Purchased in May 2021. REPAIRED First time in January 2022. Broken down October 2022.

No Warranty Support Available – We bought this 80cm refrigerator on April 23rd 2022 from Joyce Mayne Nowra NSW. Within 3 weeks it was pouring water onto the floor and needed a warranty service but unfortunately the retailer and the manufacturer can not find a service agent to fix our machine. After a few weeks of phone calls and chasing up… We are now told that the south coast of NSW …lower than Nowra has no warranty support from Fisher Paykel We have suggested that they exchange the fridge for a new machine if they cannot repair the unit.
Multiple issue with this fridge when first purchased. Haier have sinced replaced it. New one is great – Purchased this Fridge from The Good Guys and Freezer has contantly iced up from day one due to the freezer seal not sealing and the rubber seal seems perished, its actually like a 5 year old fridge. I've called up twice and no one has bothered to return my call. Now the fridge compartment has started dripping water from the top and wetting contents inside the fridge. It is also rally noisy and starts making a crackling noise randomly Definitely wouldn't recommend this fridge/freezer **Update** - Haier replaced the fridge with a new one. It is working really well and no further issues

Terrible experience – Problem started after 8 months of purchase. contacted to customer care and they sent technician after 3 days but could not fix it. Main problem was fridge not cooling. again contacted customer care many times but customer support staffs suggested so unprofessionally to burrow fridge from friends and keep it until refrigerator is fixed. Extremely dissatisfied with the way the customer service team showed today. They asked me to wait for 2 weeks for repair. We paid amount hoping for the best appliances but it gave only hassles. And company’s after sale service and customer service is big NO NO. Just a waste of money and time.

Virtually Dead after 1.5 mths of use – Fridge section gradually lost temp - food went off; then it stopped working altogether. Called Fisher & Paykel 'HAIER' customer service line for maintenance support. It took 2 weeks for a technican to arrive only to be told they didn't have the necessary parts & they would have to be ordered. Futher to this, I can’t speak highly enough of the service from Appliances Online.
UPDATE: Have been in touch with the F & P Service Manager, who’s support & assistance has been great.
