I used this site to send a gift to my brother in Melbourne for his birthday. I paid the shipping cost and the day after his birthday I get a email from Australia Post saying it is ready for pick up. I am supper disappointed.
I wish there was a zero star rating. My friend organised a hamper for me for my birthday. We have a high gate out front because of our large dog. The delivery driver somehow got the hamper over the gate and left it on the dirt ground (mind you there's food in this hamper). chocolate and biscuit items (most of which are poisonous for dogs). I phoned their number and was told to send an online enquiry with photos which I did after I collected all the rubbish from said hamper around my yard. I received a response some days later with an apology and a guarantee that I would be advised when a new hamper was sent out (mind you they didn't ask for an alternative address which was highly suspicious). Then no contact for many days. I emailed them again to ask for a status update and have had no response again. Absolute scam company. Do not use under any circumstance!
Paid for same-day delivery, but it wasn’t delivered that day. When I contacted Customer Service to check on delivery statis and request a refund of the delivery fee, I was hungup on. Very disappointed with both the delivery service and how my complaint was handled.

express shipping, and yet a full week later there were still no tracking updates. Completely misleading.
2. Customer support that doesn’t support. When I called, the representative couldn’t answer a simple query and brushed me off by telling me to “just send an email” if I wanted to complain. The whole interaction felt rushed, like they were just trying to get me off the line.
At this point, I can’t even comment on the quality of the hamper—I still don’t have it. What I can say is that for the price I paid, this level of service is unacceptable, especially when the gift completely missed the occasion it was meant for.
Bottom line: I do not recommend this company and will never purchase from them again. Save yourself the stress.
EDIT: I received an automated reply to my review on another website, which just adds to the hilarity of the situation.

As soon as the issue was reported, we offered either a refund or a replacement, as per your preference. In this case, a refund was processed in line with your request.” —> FALSE. Your support person brushed me off and asked me to send an email for my complaint. No offer of refund or replacement.
My mistake for not looking at the reviews before buying. Hampers Galore, DO BETTER.

said it would be delivered later that day, but it wasn't. When I called them on Friday morning to find out when the hamper would arrive, they really didn't care. They just said, "it will be delivered today". I wasn't even notified of the delay, wasn't notified when it had actually been delivered. I had to call Dad multiple times to make him go outside and look for it... nothing. I left specific instructions to please knock loudly when they deliver, because my parents are elderly. They didn't and just left the parcel in the 40º heat. My poor Dad went out to the front gate, to the back of the house, multiple times over three days, until he finally found it on Friday afternoon in the sun on a 40ºC day. Never again will I order from Hampers Galore. There is nowhere on their website that allows for special instructions, so I sent them an e-mail and they never got back to me.

I will never use them again. They took $1500 as payment for 7 Christmas Hampers across Australia and one to NZ, to be delivered before Christmas. I received an email 12 January asking for more money for postage to NZ, even though they had quoted and invoiced me numerous times over the month. weeks after the hamper was delivered (I was sick when the hamper arrived and wasn't up to opening it for 1.5 weeks). He then explained how sick I'd been and how unhappy he was with their terse response. We heard nothing for 10 days. I then called Hampers Galore and was offered a full refund by the person I spoke with. I then received an email from the same person who had responded to our first email saying they wouldn't offer a full refund but they would replace the products. By that stage I was feeling very frustrated because we'd spent so much time following this up and I said I didn't want replacement chocolates - I just wanted the refund for the hamper. I also rang Hampers Galore again and asked to speak to the CEO. The person who answered the phone said they were the phone operator and didn't have any numbers to give me to speak with anyone else. He said he would speak to the service team and get back to me within 10 minutes. This was 10 days ago and I haven't received any further contact from Hampers Galore (and no replacement products).
Bad experience – Perhaps the worst hamper experience I’ve ever had. Very bad value for money, worst of all, the delivery experience. I paid for same day delivery and requested the hamper to be left at the front door. The hamper arrived two days late and was left at the local post office. The website states same day delivery this, in my case, proved to be incorrect. This experience has put me off sending a hamper ever again no matter which company I choose to use.

The advertised graduation hamper on the website contained a very cute graduation bear with a cap and gown. What was received was a bright blue bear, nothing related to graduation, and looked more like a 'birth of a baby boy' bear - The advertised product contained a champagne flute to accompany the expensive bottle of champagne. Instead my friend received a wine glass - I'd carefully calculated the shipping dates, using the postcode delivery checker on the website, to coincide with the graduation date. Despite chasing up, and not been given any updated delivery information, it arrived 4 or 5 days later - The chocolates were a melted mess - The box appeared cheap and ugly, like something you might receive from eBay. Hampers I've had delivered for friends and work associates in the past have always been in a beautiful box with attractive packing such as straw or ribbons

NOT close to next day delivery – The hamper was ordered on 6 November expecting delivery on 7th or 8th, but it was not delivered until 12 November. Very disappointing! Anniversary wine and food hamper – The hamper was well packed but was delivered the next day after ordering. Excellent service but unfortunately I had actually requested a nominated date 2 weeks later. However, luckily my daughter heard the delivery otherwise it would have melted in the heat. Their anniversary is not for another week so they have not yet used the contents.

Fantastic service, great hampers – I could not believe how fast and efficient the service is. The products are quality and there is a good selection of hampers and products to choose from (I chose "build my own" hampers, with personalized mugs). I live in the middle of Australia and had my order in days. I also think the hampers were reasonably priced. Brilliant present for any occasion. Highly recommend. The only negative is they will not send to post boxes.
Pathetic effort to recreate advertised products – They sent a box of boiled lollies to my recipient for $73. I queried it on pay pal and was told to send the product back! How can I send back a gift- was so embarrassing
