I placed an order but never received the goods. When I contacted the reception to follow up, the lady was extremely rude and used abusive language, called and messaged to [Name Removed], but not receive a response. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. Letting you know that I reported your company to Fair Trading. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Best experience – The customer service was amazing, I highly recommend coming here I had to go to 3 other areas before my fridge was fixed. My fridge is now nice and cold and I am beyond grateful ☺️

PROBLEM!!!!!!!! I told him he had supplied the wrong side sink from what was ordered and he said THAT HE DID NOT CARE AND TOLD ME IT WAS MY PROBLEM!!!!! I have NEVER received this tpye of service from ANY BUSINESS.....EVER!!!! Extremely bad experience and I strongly advise NOT to use this company!!! Shonks! These people will rip you off! – Ordered a cake fridge for a small not for profit cafe....It arrived OK... all good. However, we could not use the fridge after all and requested a refund. There was a 30 day return policy so this should have been OK. We sent the item back in the original packaging not even opened, and paid freight etc as required. emails, messages etc for over a month. When ringing they said they didnt refund on the item. This was a $2000 fridge. After much tooing and froing involving Ebay and Fair Trading, they offered a part refund, when rejected they upped the refund, but took a 19% restocking fee. It isnt even in thier warehouse.... Anyway, it still sits with Fair Trading for final resolultion. We will wait and see. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

to check dispatch times. When I called and explained this over the phone the lady on the other end said “sorry not interested” then went to hang up. Which was rude and very strange as I was only enquiring about ordering. I managed to stop her from hanging up, and tried to explain numerous times to her that I wanted to order these items, and to see if I could perhaps get it shipped elsewhere in Aus if they were unable to ship to NZ, but it seemed she wasn’t interested in taking the order and continued being rude. I ended up giving up trying to order with this company and I have since found another supplier.

terrible customer service, scam company – This company have the worst customer Service I ever seen before. I purchase a thousand from them, but just asking for the Tax invoice or receipt and they said that they don't have it. they even don't sent me all the part come with the item to install it, and then I have to purchase somewhere else to install. Show details

They do not take responsibility when there are issues with their products – Do not care or respond to emails when there is problems with the products they sale, I received a freezer with faulty installation issues with it. They tried to point the supplier and escaped from their responsibility on the freezer they sold. Show details

Warning do not buy from them – Purchased a Kegerator from them came damaged, after waiting weeks to here back from them they wanted to to do they offered me a can opener, then after i refused that they offered me only $100 for a $4000.fridge. I know from other suppliers that it was in short supply and most suppliers said it would be November before it was in stock. explained the situation and the woman on the phone said yes they do have one in the showroom, she would just like to do a check on it to ensure it was in as new order. She would ring me back which she did to say yes they had the item did I want to order it. I asked whether there was a price reduction for a showroom item. She said "It's not a showroom item". Okay, I ordered it, by ringing back when I had my details and speaking to another person who I explicitly said I needed to be reassured they had the item as I did not want to order, pay and then be told they didn't have it. Well, guess what happened. I ordered, paid and then then next day I got an email saying sorry, it is out of stock!! They are going to refund me - hope it is soon. I won't be dealing with this company again. Their right hand does not know what their left hand is doing.
