goods, did not fill the truck, and left 30% of our goods in the old house. Then they refused to offload onto the 2nd floor at the new house, did not want to place goods in the correct rooms, then HIJACKED and THREATENED to STEAL our white goods to blackmail us for full payment before completing the job. They abused my family, including my kids, at departure. We endured abusive and coercive behaviour with the support staff on the phone who only wanted to use the opportunity to make more money the following day - by asking us to spend twice as much to get the left-behind furniture and boxes out to our new house. I'll never use Hard & Fast again, and neither should you.

Beware. Would NEVER use again – Do Not Use. They tried to take advantage to make more money in anyway possible, by changing the collection time to after hours or weekend where they charge extra. think about how they treated us and I don't anyone else to have to go through that. - Charged an absurd amount of money - Rough packing - Intimidating Just all round a devastatingly bad experience. Do yourself a favour and find a different removalist company.

Hard and not at all fast. Don’t move with Hard and Fast – We moved with this company in march 2022. They broke my computer monitor in the process and take no responsibility even though the damage is consistent with that of mishandling and the monitor was working fine the day before (I work from home so use the thing everyday). and they take no responsibility for damage caused by them in the move. Their office staff are rude, unhelpful and incompetent and think pasting inserts of poorly written T&Cs is providing a service. They claim a computer monitor is a white good as an example of their reach to cover themselves with T&Cs. I’ve applied for a tribunal hearing under the guidance of fair trading as hard and fast simply refuse to take any responsibility in rectifying the manner.

Their drivers also ask for cash in hand as apposed to legitimate payment and get pushy and annoyed when you don’t agree to do so. They are also inefficient in their move. They do a lot of standing around. A small 2 bedroom apartment took 2 people, 8+ hours to move 20kms away.

Take your business elsewhere. This company is a rort. Don’t believe the other reviews on google, they’re clearly fake given multiple people with different names post the same review with 5 stars. A pretty clear indication of this companies conduct and dodgy dealings!!

only a small amount of furniture and appliances to be moved. My husband even helped them unpack the truck at the other end yet they still charged us for the full 7 hours with the total coming to $1000. Everyone else around my area moving 1 bedrooms apartments (including all of their boxes) have taken no longer than 4 hours max. After seeing this on our community page yesterday I reached out to Hard and Fast to share my disappointment. They said I could only have the matter investigated if I had of contacted them within 1 week of the move (which is not in their T&Cs https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jRu_eYCmDXgYkR_toCbu28X_F3TsY20C/view)… and simply said it’s too bad oh but offered me 10% off my next move (I own so that’s no time soon plus I’d never use them again anyway). Don’t trust these guys.

Smooth and fast move – We moved from a 1 bed apartment in Canberra to a 1 bed apartment in inner Sydney. being worth it as the movers also had to walk further than 25m to get to our places (which is normally an extra fee but is included in the premium package). Charbel and Mark arrived on time and only took 2 hours load the truck, including heavy items like a piano and large couch. They arrived in Sydney very quickly and took about 3 hours to unload the truck. I was worried about some of our furniture making it up the stairs/lift but they made it work. Overall, the move went smoothly and quickly and we would recommend this service.

hands down best removal company ever !! – Moving out can be stressful especially when its the first time moving to a different state. It was a sudden move and they managed to pop me on the day I requested for an affordable rate. Even though there was no time guarantee for a shared truck they worked around my time frame as I had restrictions with my building manager. All my items were wrapped and relocated with care. Amazing service, did not disappoint at all! Quick & cost efficient also careful with all of my items, loved it! – I moved a couple of large items from my home in QLD to NSW. called me the back the next day about an hour before arrival and they were right on time. They unloaded everything and placed it in my home wherever I advised. They were extremely friendly and careful, honestly made moving much less stressful for me which I appreciate a lot.

They were so respectful and took great care with our property, our belongings and made sure that we were comfortable with what was going on. I have moved countless times over the years and I would rate Hard & Fast up in the top 3 companies I've used and would absolutely use them again.

Hands down most professional removal company!! Will definitely recommend – I used Hard & Fast Removals for my move from Moorebank NSW to Miami in QLD. Making my booking was one of the easiest processes, the ladies were very polite and extremely helpful. The removalists on the other hand were the most kind and respectful boys! Outstanding service – Hard and Fast completed a removalists service from Syndey to Brisbane on the Friday 5/11/21. The team were exceptionally professional and time efficient. very slow and careless – Apart for being 6 hours late for the emptying of the house appointment. they then charged for extra time loading their truck. Furniture was damaged and my bicycle was scratched in many places.
