Awesome quality product which is rare these days! – Have purchased 2 school bags, excellent quality last for the entire school period of 6 years, only replaced due to child growing older but original bag still in great condition. Love the orange bag for safety for crossing road and personalised option is awesome kids being able to identity their own bag amongst everyone else’s. Plenty of practical pockets, ergonomic for carrying heavy items on small bodies, as a seasoned traveller/backpacker, I recommend these bags for quality, performance, durability, practicality and personalisation, protected in rainy weather, quick delivery. No negatives at all.
Great quality school bag – Speedy delivery of a great quality osteo Tuff-pack back pack. I love that it has a warranty as the last school bag I bought from big W which wasn't cheap, lasted 6 weeks!

Horrible customer service – After sales service is horrible sent the bag back once for repair was looking for a way to fix it they wanted me to send it back again I have no faith they will fix it permanently and my son needs a bag for school so asked for a way I could fix it to just be told to use the other zip disgusting would not recommend

The bag zip gets stuck at the top I showed you a video of it stuck when I then had to manipulate the inside structure of the bag to get it work again, I’m not sure why your denying the fault I should not have to manipulate the inside structure of the bag repeatedly to get it perform properly
As for the language all I said was your suggestion I use the other zip was insulting considering the amount I paid for the bag I would expect it to all work I don’t think that is unreasonable at all.
Your reply was extremely dismissive and come across very rude I don’t know why you continue to argue with me over this it’s very poor customer service to argue with a customer and dismiss their concerns the zip does not perform as it should and all I wanted was some help to fix it I didn’t want a refund or replacement I just wanted some help but your just dismissed my concerns like they were nothing
Impressive quality – My daughter has had her hi-vis bag for 4 years now and it’s still going strong, the quality of this bag is really impressive! She is also really easy to spot walking to school, crossing roads, etc. it’s a great bright colour. Wrote this review as we are about to buy another bag like this for our son, so looked up the brand again online.

Hi Cheyenne, Thank you for your comment which we find confusing and disappointing as your bag wasn't faulty and didn't need a repair. You sent a video showing us that your zipper was working? We offered to have the bag sent back to us again free of charge so we could examine the bag again as we found it perfectly working the first time, but you declined. Our customer service was on point in dealing with your query especially in light of the language you used in your communication with us and the quality of our bags was indeed to be found of superior quality.
