valve solenoid had failed. As the unit is 26 years old we both had concerns that the part required will no longer be available. Chris, very knowledgeable, contacted home base and established Harly Plumbing had one, what luck. The part was obtained and Chris fitted it - all good. He also serviced the unit and it's working well. The entire service process from start to finish took 2hr 30 mins, with the actual rectification taking 1hr 30mins. Kept informed of progress at all times. What exceptional service at a reasonable cost. On a scale of 10 Harly Plumbing is an 11. issue, he dug a hole in my garden bed and said he's have to come back with the right equipment to do the job and it would cost an extra $1400! I called and left two messages for Ryan to call me back as I was annoyed at the lack of service but he didn't bother. to contact me. A second time I had them out was to map the pipes around my property for a dispute with my insurer about a flood issue. I explained what I wanted done to Ryan who assured me they could map the pipes and give me a report. However when the same plumber Brendan turned up he only proved some vague notes and nothing in writing about the levels of the pipes that I required. That visit cost me $1200. Rang Ryan twice again and he didn't bother to return my call. Don't use them they treat their customers poorly and charge excessive fees.

Daniel came out and fixed the problem straight up. My wife called me excitedly to say working and working better than she can remember.

Daniel gave us some great product advice and tips in general on newer models and developments for future reference.

We are completely satisfied 1. Same day response. 2. The price to attend and supply parts and fix the system was the same as the other parties quote to come out for half an hour. 3. Staff and their attitude.

it was the same problem as our other toilet. He told me I’d have to talk with Gerberit which I did and found out they don’t actually have any plumbers in Melbourne. If you’re looking for competent plumbers, these guys are it :)

Mathew arrived on time and fixed our water leak efficiently and quickly. Whole process was easy and issue free. Cost was reasonable for the job. Will definitely use Harley Plumbing in the future. Highly recommend.

I have used Harley Plumbing twice now. Both were pretty minor jobs so I was a bit worried that no one would accept them. I was so pleased with the outcome. Efficient, friendly staff, and I felt confident in the completed job.

I contacted Harley Plumbing one morning upon receiving an outlandish quote from another company to replace a ducted heating flame sensor. They immediately sent someone out on the same day, who reviewed my heater and replaced the sensor at the appropriate industry cost. It was lovely to deal with a completely honest and transparent company, and I cannot recommend them nor their professionalism highly enough.

Always happy to have Harley’s do our work great obliging staff from reception to tradies. Quick response is pleasing. This job was replacing a hot water service. Well quoted and work carried out very neat and tidy.

Absolutely fantastic service! – Absolutely fantastic service! Our installation was not straight forward. Harley Plumbing were brilliant from proposing a very good solution to executing the decommissioning of the old system and installation of the new. Only minor complaint I have is they didn't clean up and take away debris as well as they could have.

Broken down air conditioner – My air conditioning unit failed in the peak of the hot spell. Within 2hrs of calling Harley Plumbing the boys were fixing the unit. Their communication was excellent and rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend using them.

Friendly engagement and decisive assessment – Job was to detect and repair a water leak. The leak could not be found however Travis and Nick quickly assessed the situation and recommended a water pipe leak tracing was required.

Fast and efficient – Had an amazing experience with Harley plumbing from the first plumber who attended to the other 2 boys that did the job. Completed a full replacement of piping under the house and the side of the house friendly and helpful even informing us the amount of time it would take for the hot water unit to fill.

A Positive Experience – It was Great that they sent a reminder for a Service on my Cooler .
