Great product great service – The product is well snare (good fabric and stitching) and HJ offer liners across a wide range of pram types. My only advice would be to make sure you specify to get the double filled/padded liner because the single filled doesn’t offer much cushioning. Once I discovered this HJ were very prompt at having this fixed - outstanding customer service. I would recommend this product.

Amazing products and Service – I ordered a pram liner and a bassinet liner at the end of 2021. Products arrived earlier than expected and they are gorgeous. Such amazing quality and perfectly fit my valco snap pram and valco Q bassinet. So happy with this purchase, cannot recommend them highly enough!

Honestly feels so cheap! – Bought there “new” trolley liner that can be used with 2 bubs at once and has the buckle clips on the liner too which is great… but one is sewed on backwards and EVERY single time my daughter leans forward it loosens and she’s only 8m old so can’t say she’s too big for it. friend she was even shocked and said “glad I didn’t order one and you were the Guinea pig” It’s actually disappointing because their pram liners are amazing but their 2023 edition of trolley liners are just cheap cheap cheap and honestly don’t think it will even last. Gave 2 stars because I received it super quick (only live 2hrs away from them tho)

Custom babyzen liner doesnt stay in place – Ordered a custom made baby zen yoyo plus liner. The velcro attachment at the top is not strong enough and slides out causing the whole liner to slide down. It is currently being held by a bulldog clip. Considering the cost is over $100 you would expect a product that works.

Very bad service, average liner, bad fit – The costumer service it absolutely atrocious. No replies to any emails until I threatened with a credit card dispute. doesn't really fit to the shape of the pram so I could have gotten a much cheaper generic one. Overall very disappointed, frustrated and annoyed about spending that much money on a liner that's nothing special at all.

Exceeded my expectations – I bought a pram liner and head support pillow and the quality is great. The items were made in the exact time frame listed on the website and the postage was quick. actual quality of the product and materials used was top notch. I emailed the company, and got an immediate response. They explained that the bassist was actually a different valco one, and immediately offered to make another one for me at no extra cost. I was not expecting this at all. Low and behold, a week later I had my brand new liner that fit perfectly. Really beautiful materials used. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

Nothing is impossible for these ladies – I’d been searching for a custom cover for my new double pram but no one was willing to help me. Stacey went above and beyond to make it work. She sent me simple instructions on how to measure it up. When they arrived it was made it too perfection. Beautiful colorful material. I just love it. Great fabrics and excellent variety – Staceys pram liners are great. We've purchased two different ones (both reversible) for two separate prams and they both fit extremely well and make our prams look amazing. Thanks for providing such a great product. Have also purchased the blankets which are super soft and the perfect size.

Love love love my Harmony J pram liner! – Can't fault my custom made pram liner from Harmony J. The fabric quality and standard of workmanship are better than I could have imagined. Having just had my 2nd baby I wanted to give my pram a bit of a facelift and this was perfect - wish I'd ordered for my first child to personalize the pram.
