appointments and was happy to accept the low fee I signed up for but was not prepared for the second whopping fee of $141.57 AUD which was taken out of my bank account, even though they knew I never used their program. I have been in touch with them to see if they will refund the huge cost of the second program, so believe me, they have no intention of helping you. I am going to be in touch with the Department of Consumer Protection and I recommend everyone who is experiencing the same "rip off" as I have to do the same. I only joined trail and now just been charged US$98.99 of which I had not approved and at the trail time there was no back button l, this is so misleading would never recommend as you will be charged without continuing as their is no back button.

Four months ago I purchased a trial subscription for $10, and fully intended to continue with the app but life got in the way. When this has happened to me in the past I’ve been able to get a refund, but Harna would not budge. Today AU$63 came from my account. I’ve received no warning. I would definitely not recommend.

Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to stay away unless you want to deal with unexpected charges and poor customer service.

I tried it and it wasn’t for me. They continued to debit my account regardless extra 2 months (approx $160) I cancelled my subscription and was told I would get a refund only to be scammed and their response now is a firm NO. Be very wary when wanting to do a trial.or a month as Harna will take further payments without consent at much higher rates. I agreed to pay $17 for a month only ,then a $67 was taken later and it was soooo hard to cancel even though i had never wanted subscription. What followed was a long email exchange. In their first two responses, they ignored our request for a full refund and instead offered alternatives such as a free yearly subscription or additional coaching benefits. Only later did they claim that a refund was not possible because the subscription details were “clearly stated” and that a notification about the upcoming auto-charge was included in the receipt.

That receipt, however, was sent after the purchase and ended up in my mother’s spam folder. A post-purchase receipt cannot be considered informed consent.

I exported the entire email conversation to PDF and submitted it to the bank as part of the complaint. The result: my mother was fully reimbursed (around €250) through a bank chargeback.

So if you’re in a similar situation, know this: your bank can help you. Don’t give up.

They keep recharging you even though the membership is cancelled! I have asked for a refund asap and I have dispute the transaction via my bank. I keep getting the message that they have high volumes of emails.

I subscribed in October, cancelled in November 2025. Without my permission they renewed in January 2026 and charged my credit card. Now won't give me a refund just giving me excuse after excuse saying it's my fault as I cancelled in app not online. Terrible company don't recommend at all. Don't subscribe

Avoid at all cost, the subscription costs of Harna are very misleading. I initially subscribed for USd10.99 and was then charged a whopping usd49.99. I tried to get my money back but they wouldn't refund the additional charge...beware !

I like having the option to choose calm sessions when my body feels tired. The movements are gentle but still meaningful, and finishing them gives me a quiet sense of accomplishment. It’s a steady approach that works well for me. Show reply

Love how flexible Harna is. You are able to switch your exercises, you can increase the level of challenge, and even you can decide on the days of your choice of the workout. It does seem like it is personalized to you, not a one size fits all item. Show reply
