Very happy with Heartland Motors in Chullora. I dealt with Nigel. He went the extra mile getting a customised canopy for my Ute. Nigel even organised arranged to have my trade in vehicle registered when my ute was still in transition. Totally happy with the service from Nigel. Highly recommend you talk to Nigel when making your next purchase!

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided by Heartland Blacktown Service Department. I have been getting service for my car there for a couple of years. Firstly, they are very expensive compared to other auto mechanics. Every time, after the service was done, there were new issues in the care, and I needed to pay separately… Read more

to fix it. They keep saying that it was not related to the servicing job. Now, I realized it was because of their incompetence for that job. Probably, there is a lack of good auto mechanisms or they deliberately fooling us. My advice: never go there for servicing your car.

Bought an Outlander from them. The car has a faulty fuel gauge which only became apparent a few kms after turning off the M4 after midnight. If I could give Heartland Motors zero stars, I absolutely would. If you're lucky enough to never have a problem with your car, good for you. But if something does go wrong, be prepared to handle it entirely on your own. That was my experience, and I strongly advise others not to trust this dealership. Motors, and just four days later, it started making a loud metallic noise, emitting a burning smell, and suffered from severe power loss. I immediately brought the vehicle in for servicing and submitted several video recordings as evidence.

They replaced the turbocharger in an attempt to fix it, yet after nearly six months, they still claim they cannot identify the problem. I expected responsible and professional service from them, but I was sorely mistaken.

Heartland Penrith - dishonest with zero care factor – We were seeking a Renault Captur with under 500 km and found two options in Smokey Blue at Heartland Renault: one with 14 km and the other with 248 km. After confirming their availability, we planned to view the 248 km car, which was described as the dealer demo and preferable for insurance reasons. Upon arriving at Heartland Penrith, over an hour… Read more

away, we were informed that the car we came to see was not on the lot. The salesperson was unsure of its location and later revealed it had been loaned out. This was not disclosed beforehand, leading us to believe this was an isolated issue. Instead, we test drove the car advertised with 14 km which actually had over 1000 km - as of today this car is still being advertised with only 14 kms. Despite this, we expressed interest in the demo. Concerns arose about potential high mileage, but the sales team assured us it had no more than 450 km. We proceeded with the purchase, making a large deposit as required. The Vehicle Order initially listed the car with 248 km but was later updated to 1062 km without explanation. Feeling deceived, we hesitated but continued with the purchase after a $500 price reduction and added extras & knowing that it would be difficult to get our deposit back. Upon pick-up, the salesperson's demeanour was noticeably colder. He drove the car over to us (no pretty bow for us), let us take it for a test drive & got us to sign some paperwork. He then said “enjoy your car” & headed back to the lot. On getting the car home we discovered the petrol cap was improperly closed, reflecting poor pre-delivery inspection. The advertised mileage discrepancies and false assurances about the demo’s mileage led us to question the integrity of the dealership. Further compounding our dissatisfaction, Heartland's commitment to customer satisfaction, as stated in their welcome email, was not upheld. Despite expressing our concerns to the Dealer Principal, we received no response from them or the Customer Relations Manager. Renault states “using regular 91(ron) unleaded fuel in Renault vehicles that require premium 95 or 98 ron unleaded fuel, can cause catastrophic damage and may void your warranty claim. Using regular 91(ron) Unleaded fuel can cause severe engine knock or pinging (premature ignition of the fuel) that damages the pistons and other engine parts.” As Heartland use their ‘demos’ as loan cars they have no control over the type of fuel people put in it – you can be sure though, as the car is just on loan, most people are going to fill it with the cheapest fuel available. The entire experience left us feeling misled and concerned about the car's future reliability. We advise avoiding this dealership based on our experience.

Arrogance to the Extreme – I have had two experiences with the Heartland Motor Group Service, Castle Hill. Both have been outrageously poor and demonstrated that they are busy enough not to care about customer service. I booked my car in six weeks ago for a standard service, I advised I would need the car back and would be waiting for the car. I was asked to present to… Read more

the service area at 7:30 AM and that it would be "a few hours". When I got there this morning, I was advised that "they would need it all day"

I had booked my day around their original promise and was both angry and disappointed that they felt their needs were more important than mine.

In the one an half hours I was waiting for them to figure out if they could do the car in the morning, one of the male counter staff had a female customer in tears, as she said she didn't like to be spoke to aggressively or talked down to and with a separate interaction with another customer, one of the managers said "you can get angry (he used an expletive) with me but it wont change anything".

Its clear that they are so busy, that they are creating so much cash, so much profit that customer service has gone out of the window and a culture of arrogance to the extreme has replaced it.

I had a very disappointing experience with Castle Hill Heartland Used Cars. I purchased a vehicle and paid the full amount on the same day. of purchase, the low fuel light was on, which I assumed would also be taken care of before collection.

However, when I returned on Monday, the car was in the exact same condition as when I left it after the test drive on Saturday. It hadn’t been washed, inspected, fuelled, or even moved — the sale board was still hanging from the sun visor. It was clear the car hadn’t been touched at all, despite their promise.

Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with their service and lack of professionalism. I expected much better, especially after paying in full.

Heartland the Heartless rip off – Dodgy service centre staff at Bankstown trying to force customers to service their cars through them. Avoid and probably avoid Jeep as a company in general. I rang the service manager at Heartland Chullora for advise and basically told me to suck eggs and get my car serviced through him. These idiots didn't even know how to reset my service computer last time I took it to them and I had to take it back a second time so why would I let a 1st year apprentice do it again and probably not even touch the oil. Heartland Chullora are dodgy as hell, find somewhere else to go for your servicing.

When we sat down to talk, they offered $14,000 for a 2020 model Mazda CX3 with 40,000 km??? Do not under any circumstance allow these people to undervalue your trade in that much, there are plenty of other cars out there, just keep looking.

Do your research online because there are many sites that will give you a trade in valuation range. Luckily, I researched before I went into this horrible place and the recommended trade-in value for my vehicle is between $17,000 and $20,000 so you be the judge of how this place operates.

I am sure they will post some sort of half-hearted reply to this however don’t be fooled, they are not genuine.

The old Wheel swap scam – My son purchased his first car from Heartland Castle Hill 27/3/24. He walked in the yard and was approached by a man named Sam, and after looking at the car that interested him, which was new with very stylish low profile tyres and rims he told Sam he was very interested, but was going to not rush into it, so he would go home and talk to us as… Read more

parents about it. Sam then said to him( and his girlfriend Taylor can confirm every conversation they had), I will take $1000.00 off the price so we can get a sale done this afternoon. Matthew then said no. I will still talk to my parents. Sam then countered with another $1000.00 taken off so the deal would be done that afternoon. Matt checked with us on the phone and we said it was a fair deal and to go ahead with the sale.

He signed the contract and was told to come back at 4.15pm 27/3/24 to collect the car after they had checked the full amount agreed had been deposited to their account.

Upon his arrival Sam presented the car to Matt and the tyres and rims had been taken off the car. They had been replaced with factory normal tyres and rims. Matthew of course complained and Sam then told him they had discussed the tyres being taken off at the sale contract signing on the 25/3/24.

This is a total lie. Fabricated story by Sam For one thing nothing about the tyres was discussed with Matt.

Sam then stated that it was clearly marked in the contract that the tyres were not included. This is a lie. When we rang and Spoke to Sam, I found he was a piece of work. He lied that this conversation about the Wheels had taken place. He also told us the car was purchased and there was nothing we could do about it, it was sold to my son, but they would happily buy it back off my son but not at the sale price . A smug threat and unnecessary.

This one conversation fired me up. I found this a threat from Sam and his handling of all of the matter was extremely poor, and he came across as smug and a smart alec. All the tension that followed from that moment was caused by Sams poor handling.

To get the wheels put back on Matt had to pay the $2000.00 discount that he had negotiated . We took it up with the Manager. He refused to give the $2000.00 back that Matt was made to pay as well .

It was a well oiled machine of deceit and lies, and disappointingly it was only about a lousy $2000.00 in this world.

Beware this place . Car yard scammers at their best
