3 month wait!! – I ordered a one meter name plaque in 2018 and had a good experience so when I decided to get my second son a matching one I thought I would have no trouble. The product itself is good, just like the one from 2018 but their customer service is atrocious and their wait times are ridiculous. They claim a 6 week turn around which is already a long time when plenty of other places have much shorter waits, but it was double what they promised with zero communication. Definitely shop else where, there are plenty of similar (and better) stores around aus

Upon contacting supplier for this to be amended they ignore messages or reply with smart/snide remarks when/if they respond that is. They have now blocked my partner and are refusing to sort out the issue. Do not waste your money.

Worst Customer Service – Waited over 8 weeks for my product. Then took over 5 business days to respond to an email. Then got a text message saying that the order was ready to be sent for 7 weeks but it was my automated pay pal address that was wrong. Very passive aggressive customer service with no apology or professionalism. Haven’t received the product yet.

same message on 4-5 photos on their Instagram feed. I did this a few times to bother them. Guaranteed a response every time plus I got my order shipped after only 6 weeks and 4 days! This is good compared to other reviews it seems…. Still would not order from them again. I am really happy with my order though and the quality. I purchased a 3d name plaque for my daughters nursery. It’s disappointing their communication is bad.

Love my item, but TERRIBLE customer service – Ordered a name plaque for my sons room. Took almost 12 weeks to arrive. Eventually got a reply to an email after sending numerous over several weeks. Their customer service (or lack of) really sucks. Will say though that I’m happy with what I eventually received.

personalised name wall plaque and it arrived with marks, scratches and what looks like burnt edges over the entire plaque…. Nothing like the images on their website. I emailed Hexi over 2 weeks ago about these issues and I haven’t even received a response. I guess my only recourse now is to leave bad reviews, report them to Fair Trading and see if I can lodge a dispute with my credit card company for a refund. Absolute waste of $135.

Awesome water bottles – Purchased 3 personalised water bottles with bumpers and love them!! Couldn't find a spouted double walled bottle anywhere. Found hexi and ordered straight away. Use my bottle every day and keeps water cool for hours. I put ice in it and there is still ice after 12-16 hours. Love love love!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!! – I purchased a sign for my daughter about to have a new born baby. The item was broken, the customer service was terrible and they are refusing to give her a refund! They have now blocked her and refusing to talk to her to solve the issue!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, READ REVIEWS, they do this to everyone even if they are at fault!!!!

Ridiculous wait times – As stated on the website, arrival time is approximately 6 weeks. I am still waiting for my product that I ordered 10 weeks ago. Communication with this company is also terrible. Emails are occasionally replied to, with no resolution. If you’re wanting to buy any of their products a Christmas gift, I suggest you place your order now. It MIGHT arrive by December ;)

address 27/3, I immediately lodged a complaint and Australia post attempted to retrieve my parcel as they accepted full responsibility for delivering to the wrong address however the occupants of the wrong address refused to acknowledge they received it (photo evidence it was delivered with another parcel) and so Australia post informed me to contact Hexi so that they could lodge a reimbursement claim. 6weeks after this happened I contacted Hexi again (10/5) to seek information on what is happening ie, are they Hexi getting reimbursed? Are they going to resend my purchase? Any information!!! Only to be told it’s up to me to seek reimbursement from Australia post I am beyond angry about the lack of customer service from this company!!!!

Australia post on the other hand have been nothing but helpful and clear with their communication despite the initial screw up on their part.

staff and or equipment to help with this issue. If they have such a long wait time they must be raking in the money so surely they can afford to hire. I will never order from them again regardless on how the product is if/when I receive it.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE – I placed and order on the 3/10 knowing that it will take approximately 6 weeks for my order to arrive. 8 weeks later still no order will not reply to any of my emails or Facebook messages. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. Very disappointing. Will not buy from this company again. Hopefully people read these reviews before they want to purchase. TERRIBLE COMPANY – Will take your money and then you wait months for delivery. No one replies to emails either - but if you annoy them on socials they’ll eventually respond. Definitely do not waste your money on these guys. Take your business elsewhere.

customisation that way and you have to collaborate with them and wait for their reply to change placement of name. The notes aren’t read until shipment. Blanket is poor quality, very thin and looks badly printed, white trim border looks cheap for a $100 blanket. Comes in cheap plastic packet. Wonder where they ship from, won’t order again, don’t recommend.

has been really good but is now unable to be used due to needing a new straw - I will have to pay $20 for one replacement straw due to shipping. I was happy to spend $150 to recieve free shipping but after messaging mulitple times it’s apparently not possible which is a real shame as most places will offer free shipping especially after spending so much! I love our water bottle but unfortunately it’s not worth all this hastle and money to replace the straw.

Is this a scam? Never received my order and can’t get onto them. As good as the images look don’t use this company! – I ordered 2 kids drink bottles, they were not cheap but looked cute. It’s been nearly 2 months and I haven’t received the items and get no response from the company despite multiple attempts at contacting them. Update: after a few months of trying to contact the company and not hearing anything they arrived out od the blue. They were great bottles and loved the personalisation but not sure I’d order again given the wait and lack of any response.

Horrible wait times, awful customer service! Avoid or wait 10 weeks + – Ordered expecting 6 week wait, still waiting after 10 weeks and no idea or time given when I am to expect my order. No response just basic automated reply. I’ve returned as a previous customer which regret.
