No Credit Returns Policy
Purchased Vanity and Top. Had to relocate vanity in ensuit. Happy with Vanity. Top no longer able to use. Company policy even though still all in box. NOT ABLE TO RETURN for refund.. Very dissapointed. would have been happy with restocking fee. Well they investigaed my review nothing from standard company policyoffered, surprise, surprise. Guess this is one reasson #Bunnings and others are so popular.

Rubbish customer service - Please do not order form this shop
After trying to get a refund for at least 5 weeks as i couldn't get on the phone the manager as too busy, when we have finally been able to get a refund - with 20% fees on glass (never seen that before), we have been told that one of the glass was broken. The glass literally didn't move since the delivery. HB does not want to take ownership and provide a refund of this panel and the manager mentioned on the phone that we were liars. ver checked at the delivery if the panel were actually in a good shape as it was heavy. The manager said that we have dragged it on the floor - why would we do that and only on one panel. The outcome is that this abusive person does not want to provide a full refund and wants to delay the process. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE and i'm requesting a refund as it should be. In addition, we have been told that our shaving mirror will be ready for pick up 01.11 and we are not the 09.11 with no update if we do not call them. Shower Screen Debacle
People need to know. Purchased a shower screen and base from a Highgrove`s outlet on the Gold Coast. Paid full price in early August during their sale, delivery late Sept. Install attempted today by tradie and he said glass doesn`t fit the base :( Went back to Highgroves and told that glass won`t fit the base already installed. Outcome was we don`t take glass back but we`ll make an exception(LOL) ACCC would have a field day with that. They didn`t offer to pick up glass so I returned it for a credit. Few pointers here, people selling a product with little knowledge, no glass available for a shower base they sell. Yes I got a refund and they gave me the shower base at no charge to say sorry for their stuff up. That`s why I gave them 2 Stars.

we were not able to collect your shower glass from you. As you stated in your review the store has made an exception and provided both a credit and a product free of charge to help you out. Our shower bases do fit our Frameless Shower Range and are also easy to cut if you have an irregular shape but in this instance there was a mix up with your base. You also mentioned paying full price for these items during a sale period, and this is due to the sale only including several selected items with shower kits and bases not being included in the sale.Similar opinion? Warranty let down
Purchased a $2,200 timber Vanity (Jones and Jones) under a year later there is severe water damage due to product not been sealed properly which is not covered under warranty...

Frameless shower glass exploded!!!!
We recently purchased frameless shower glass from Highgrove bathrooms- it was professionally installed, by a builder and glazier and it had absolutely no spoils/cracks/damage to glass or the packaging etc. It was installed and put in place then Spontaneously shattered! Both my builder and glazier suffered several injuries. NOT to mention doing irrepairable damage to my wooden vanity, door architraves and tiles/grout. We have a young child i would hate to think what would have happened if this had shattered on him or any of us for that matter!!!...Read more
This glass should not be allowed to be sold anymore its simply not good enough! This is not the first instance of this happening either! I have read many stories stating the exact same thing! How many near misses/serious injuries have to occur before something is done about this? I have had to fork out more money to buy a new vanity, get the plumber & electrician back out to uninstall/reinstall vanities/power points. This is a warning to all- DO NOT PURCHASE HIGHGROVE GLASS! Terrible service - misleading on website regarding delivery
My online order says it includes delivery for $20. I then have to wait for a phone call to make payment for my order. . . And then get told that delivery will be $80. Oh and if it gets broken during delivery, then it's my problem!! Terrible service from Taren Point.

Delivery costs are based off product size, weight and distance and as you had ordered a basin, the store felt it would be safer for your basin to be sent via courier due to the high risk of breakage the store has previously experienced. Unfortunately a courier does cost a bit more, but our store manager has also offered the choice for you to pick up the basin in-store or have the basin freighted at your own risk to save costs. Unfortunately basins are a fragile item to deliver and our store wanted to ensure your order was delivered safely by offering a courier. Cheap Chinese items.
Contacted Highgroves Dandenong and sent pictures of cracked basin, installed less than 12 months ago, bit of hot water and it cracked. They got a new one to me straight away, but when i told them they must pay for the installation because of warranty defect they said that it was not covered and they would not pay. Guess what they are wrong even though the guy i spoke with said my boss has 30 years selling and he knows the law better than somebody with a law degree, long story short got onto the ACCC, and they are handling this. laces these dodgy items under warranty they also have to pay for the plumbing etc, even if it was 12 months or more under warranty you are covered for installation if it was installed prior, i am now as i suggest others do reporting these products to the Safety recall commission and getting a class action going. This company has the responsibility by law to pay for installation under the warranties act, when the product is faulty. Update sent plumber bill and they have ignored me so i am now going to lodge legal action and also be asking for interest the bill was over $500 and they will be paying4 comments

Extremely poor after purchase customer care
We bought an acrylic bath off Highgrove Bathrooms, through our builder, last year. We put in a complaint about brownish, raised marks on it's surface February, 2020. This has been their response over the last six months;
1) We were accused of spilling hot resin in the bath and not cleaning it - this was based on photos and not a site visit
2) When we asked for a site visit they said they would only do it if we paid for it- we would get the money back if Highgrove Bathrooms deemed the marks came under warranty

etermined to have been caused by the use of essential oils.I understand that however of this an issue with essential oils and your acrylic baths why isn't it mentioned in the product care guidelines? We will be in touch with the builder again to put in a warranty claim.

Poor customer service
Have had a massive order with highgroves Gateshead, were told that our vanity had been delayed and would be here beginning of July. Rang and spoke to a sales lady she gave me a date. Phoned on Tuesday 14th and spoke to a lady who told me my vanity had arrived and I let her know that we would be collecting the vanity on Saturday the 18th, come to collect the vanity to be told that it’s not there they think maybe it’s being delivered Monday 20th but still not sure.

Bought a vanity with floor mount cabinet on 18/5 from Wollongong shop. Asked the sale person about the quality of product and if any problem might happen in humid bathroom or small amount of water while kids washing their hands. We have been waiting for the door to arrive from “ Queensland” since 20/5 and just getting this response every time “ we will contact you as soon as we receive the door from Queensland”. I wanted to thank Lance from Fawkner store in particular, for offering excellent customer service, product knowledge and professionalism ,helping me choose bathroom fittings for my renovations, he even helped deliver my order earlier than the anticipated date, and refunding a product I had measured incorrectly. All staff and in the show room are friendly and helpful , I Highly recommend Highgrove bathrooms as they remove the stress from your building experience.

Don't try to get a refund for a faulty product as they make it extremely difficult and you will get nowhere.
Very dissapointed with this organization. Rude staff, no apology for faulty product just a "go to our website and fill out a form" nothing but the run around for an item less that $200 when you spend over $6k with them. No care or basic customer service here. I wouldn't recommend them as you will get a similar if not the same Chinese product from an online retailer for far less $$ and with far better service than Highgrove bathrooms.

Last Thursday I purchased over $18,000 of bathroom accessories from Highgrove Bathrooms. I signed paperwork for 3x Vanity bench tops to be made with 2x holes cut in each for the basins. I picked up the vanities on Saturday and then Monday morning I was rung to say that they can’t supply 2x Caesarstone bench tops because their suppliers didn’t want to buy new slabs as they weren’t doing many kitchen jobs. They were happy to take my money on Thursday- can anyone tell me where I stand on this matter

Fantastic service from the staff at Heatherbrae. We changed our mind on the vanity top and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was a problem and we were able to buy everything we needed for our renovation en-suite with great helpful advise. Very happy customers.

Very poor service.
The Capalaba branch refused to accept the return of an unused shower screen, despite being called the day before and being told it was ok to return. Waste of time taking time off to take it back there today. I was even happy for them to take it back for free, without a refund, but they would not even help with that, despite me being there with it.

hey suddenly became more helpful. That type of service is disgusting, they should be doing the right thing anyway. I ended up donating it to the recycling centre so it hopefully doesn’t go to waste. Absolutely woeful service - Penrith store
We have had nothing but problems with the Penrith store, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ongoing delays with deliveries and waiting months after items were promised, then items lost in transit and refusal to replace. I deeply regret ever stepping foot into the store and will never ever purchase from them again. Our experience with head office was equally as disappointing.

We ordered a shower screen glass from Highgrove Bathrooms in Cairns on the 23rd of January ,the staff members guaranteed the item would definitely arrive before the 6th of feb which was our cut off date for a final inspection on the house, of course it wasn’t there until the 11th! at we organised a delivery driver to collect this glass screen from Highgrove Bathrooms, and guess what? The glass is not wrapped, there is no packaging at all! Called them back they told us they can’t do anything and tried to justify themselves saying that custom made glass screen don’t come with packaging!! And that the delivery driver should take responsibility in case of breakage!! What?? This is just unbelievable, we live 200km from Cairns now we have the choice of driving to Cairns with the only purpose of wrapping this glass or praying that it will arrive in one piece! With all the waste cardboard they have there I don’t think it would have been so difficult to provide a basic protection for the shower screen, but no of course they can’t do anything about it!! Poor experience
Delivery was arranged well in advance and advised it could not be fulfilled on the day until I pressed the matter further. Incorrect taps included in order and one ended up being broken, chip in bathtub flatly and rudely refused through warranty. An overall poor experience.

I asked the staff they said they got them from temple and Webster or ikea and that they don’t sell them in high grove stores. I have search the web high and low and can’t find one :(

Just paid for a bath on Saturday full price they delivered it today was looking at there site to buy taps and shower screen to see that the bath dropped price by nearly 300 dollars. We rang them as the bath hadn't been delivered yet if the could do anything about the price they said no why.

I asked for a certificate of compliance for frame less shower screen and have received one generated by a company called Certification Solutions International. Does this have any credence or authority here in Australia? I could find no Australian Standard marks on the glass. Feed back would be appreciated.

You need to report this to product safety recall and get them to read this so called certification, the certificate seems fake, none of there products are stamped as Australian Standards, send your certificate they sent to ACC and let them verify this. My feeling and dealings with Highgroves is they are importing cheap Chinese stuff and it is not safe.

You have the right to a refund under your state laws and federal laws, this company which have many branches all around Australia need to be investigated. There is a class action headed this companies way for so many breaches of contract and consumer laws, dont give up take action.
