Fantastic service from start to finish. Quick to get in touch, Dean called me to tell me he was on his way as previously advised and he was great, friendly and efficient. Will definitely be keeping them as my go to for future issues.

Zac was able to identify and complete the work required professionally. He was also able to offer alternative long term solutions for other work. Pricing can be more competitive but absolutely no issues on service delivery. Thank you Zac and the Hilton Team.

Hilton Electrical organised Zac to install an electric cooktop within an hour of my booking phone call. Great job, very fast and efficient and well priced. Highly recommend. He also quoted me there and then for some future jobs.

I first called to get a quote to repair our oven. The woman put me on hold 3 times to check and double check that they can look at our dual fuel model. model. No phone call, no apology, nothing. We pulled our oven out and rearranged the kitchen and got up early. Not happy at all. Appalling service!

Don’t waste you’re time or money was told $169 call out fee most universal parts kept in van then quoted a further $368 to replace a $79 part that takes ten minutes.No thanks $537 is a joke

As always I am always impressed and grateful for the service that Hilton Electrical provides. Even on a hot day the electrician gave it 100%. They are always my go to tradie so thank you again I am grateful for the excellent service.

We have used Hilton Plumbing and Electrical various times in the last two months. We have had excellent service from not only the tradesmen but also the office staff. We've had a few issues on our side which they handled seamlessly and kept us informed all through the work. Excellent company!

Turned up on time, addressed all our needs regarding our home, double checked location of down lights before install and was very friendly respectful of our animals - poor guy had puppie baby gates everywhere he went - his advice was first class and his workmanship / clean up was excellent

Josh and the team did a fantastic job changing out our outdated main board and installing our hard wired oven! Polite and good chat, the quality of the work was top notch and we will be using Hilton Electrical again

Dean was fantastic. Courteous, on time, and went out of his way to: teach me how to take off the oven door, remove and clean the door glass, read the dials, show me the enamel plate that needs to be replaced and even saved me paying the extra credit card fee by swiping my card instead of tapping it. Couldn’t be happier! Thanks Dean.

once did that happen. The part I needed for my oven wasn’t even ordered until nearly 2 weeks after my first call out. Receptionist, Parish, was rude, cutting me off as I was speaking and did nothing to help me.

Extremely poor communication, job not done – I enquired about range hood repair in November 2024. A technician came, I was charged for the visit and was told I would be provided a quote for repair and also for a replacement unit. I called the company last Thursday, was told the manager had left for the day but that I would be contacted within 48 hours.

As I had not heard anything again (Wednesday) I contacted the company again today. I was told that someone from appliances would be calling me back today but again I have heard nothing.

I’m very disappointed in the service provided and also that I paid $170.69 for the initial visit which amounted to nothing.

I have now purchased a range hood myself and am organising installation from another provider.

Great Company – Great overall experience with head office (Parish) and the Electrician (Jack). This is the second time Hilton have carried out work on my property and I would definitely recommend them!

Very good service – Prompt response to my query and requirements. Clint phoned ahead and arrived when he said he would. Unlike some companies, he didn’t try to sell us a costlier solution and explained what he thought was the best option. Staff were friendly and very efficient. Costs were as quoted and expected. I will use Hilton again and will recommend them to others.

Recommended electrician – Hilton electrical installed an additional PowerPoint in our home. The electrician (Zac) was friendly, fast and professional. On inspection he noticed an issue and sorted this on the spot at a reasonable price. Highly recommend their services!
