Thank you Jetset Plumbing. Called and spoke to Ruby who was lovely to deal with on the phone. She organised a plumber to come to our home the next morning. Promptly at 7am Gem arrived, assesed the issue and got to work clearing out blocked drains and sewerage pipes, due to tree roots creating the blocks. Jem was able to come earlier than expected, calling first before hand to make sure it was alright. Looked at the problem, was very clear with an explaination of possible cause, treatment and pricing. He was very efficient and effective in fixing our blocked pipes, and preventing future issues. And he left everything as he found it. (Except the blocked pipes of course!) He also gave us a complementary camera down the pipes just to make sure nothing worse was happing. And gave me excellent tips on my hydroponic system to boot. Very friendly. Definitely knows what he's doing. Highly recommend. He also managed not to wake the sleeping baby. Impressive.
