The wire passing through the top door hinge to the door display, has been severed. The display/sensor panel on door is blank and cannot be operated to change fridge settings. The wire will not pull through from hinge hole in door to join up again. How exactly can I get to this wire? It seems there is no way into the door cavity..
Hi, the alarm keeps going off for no reason. Both doors are close and neither fridge or freezer is too filled up. I also have a problem with the circulation of air in the fridge. Things that are in the back tend to freeze. I am very disappointed with the quality of the fridge and freezer. I would not purchase from Hisense again.

Hi, I had the same problem with mine, I had purchased an extended warranty, but the piece that they needed to change was out of stock, so they gave me credit in store to purchase another fridge. I only had that Hisense fridge for two years.

hi .....my hisense refrigerator is reading error code E3. Any ideas?
Hi suggest you call Hisense , that's what I did, they'll tell you what E3 means, and if under warranty book a tech. Otherwise you'll at least know what to tell your fridge guy.

Hi Davide, my fridge model has the temperature adjustment concealed into the dome light at the top of the fridge compartment. Try adjusting that to make it a little colder and wait to see what happens. I have only had this fridge for 6 weeks now but my previous model was 6 years of trouble free operation before I gave it to a needy friend. I did not change the fridge by necessity. It has been the best fridge / freezer for it's reliable performance & great value. Allow some time for it to show the coldness in the fridge. You may hear the motor kick into action as it makes the fridge cold (it's very, very quiet). I got a self-stick fridge thermometer since my fridge has no way of indicating the actual temperature. is great to monitor the temperatures between summer & winter so I may adjust it accordingly. I hope this will get you out of trouble. Cheers, Louis
