Two dud fridges in two years – These fridges look good but are absolute rubbish. Two replaced in two years - both lost gas. Apart from lots of wasted food I found Hisense customer support was appalling - totally incompetent and slow. I have opted to not replace the second one but purchased from another manufacturer.

Horrible experience – We bought a 454 lt French door Hisense fridge and on the next day itself realised its freezer is not working at all. We had a party planned next day so fridge was full and all my frozen food got spoiled. Tried calling the customer service team multiple times but no response.
