Why can I not get the EPG unless I go into Settings and select Guide? Also I cannot get the Freeview menu bar to display and allow me to select 10play, 7plus, 9now etc., on the screen unless I go into Settings again and select hdd.

So I’m having issues recording shows. I tried to record something last night as there was two shows on at the same time that I wanted to watch, anyway the tv automatically changed to the program I had set to record and when I went to change back it stopped recording it? My question is can I record a program without actually watching it or no??

Hi, Do I need to connect an aerial to get all the free to air channels?

Hi Jodie , yes TV must have an antenna plugged in ,The TV must be connected to the internet and it must have good signal strength/speed.Must live in an area that Freeview Plus is available in. You can check this by searching the customer's post code at: external link

My TV has a slight blur to the look. It is UHD 4K and you would expect the picture quality would be better than my standard HD TV. What can I do to fix it? Problem solved. Phoned support who helped with settings adjustment.

How do I turn off all the damb annoying " Store Mode" and advertising it a pain. Tt should be ready to use by the consumer when it is delivered in the new package as mine was . In the retail store they should enable this for use only in the store. would it be too hard to just have a simple button or switch. to disable all the store mode settings. So please tell me what have I got to do before my wife throws a bricks at it. Bought from JB HI FI Logan home. 3 weeks ago

Gday mate. Just push the settings button (cog symbol). That brings up your menu .scroll down to settings and select. Then scroll down to system and select. Scroll down to advanced settings which is not visible at first but is after hdmi &cec functions. select. Advanced.Scroll down to store mode and deselect.. Finally carefully remove rock from wives hand. Give kiss and put on her channel. Tomorrow claim your tv remote back and become king of your loungeroom again.lol
