Yes comes with most of the aps. Only one it doesn’t come with I’ve found is Disney.

Was watching TV and suddenly a very loud high pitch sound from speakers, only way to stop was to mute sound. Have carried out factory re-set worked for about 30 seconds and back to problem. Has latest software update. Set has had replacement board fitted under warranty as HDMI port not working but that repair only lasted few months till out of Warranty. Spoke to Hisense on phone and given your service Company contact details who have just said they are busy and will contact me later. Is now over a week waiting. Is this your normal back up?

I have been in touch with Hisence, technician came to my house 4 times allready. Upgraded the software, now i have no Showmax like before. Argued with me and told me this unit did not came out with Showmax, reduculous !! All models from 2016 came out with Showmax pre installed in South Africa !! I even googled my model to get the proof that it did came out with Showmax. They even collected the TV and returned it after more than 2 months, still no Showmax !! Not leaving this here, i want a refund !!

Are you using a proper 4K HDMI cable
Yes thanks John that was the issue. I called my nearest tech shop and they also advices me about using a 4K cable. The HDMI cable wasn’t a 4K one. Once I Replaced it with a 4K one it worked.

Is there any way of knowing if /when HDR is enabled on my TV. Should an Icon/tag appear? I have seen other people posting images of their picture settings and there is a HDR option. Mine doesnt have this. How do I know if HDR is working, My firmware is G0909, I contacted Hisense support last week and was advised this is the latest firmware. I was told to change the HDMI setting to "Enhanced" and that enables HDR. Im not convinced. Any advice or assistance would be appreciated, edit: I have selected Ultra HD content on Netflix via the inbuilt app, as well as via my Nvidia Shield. There is still no HDR option under picture modes in settings
Hello Shannon, I also have G0909. As far as I can see, the only control you have over it is to switch to Enhanced HDMI 2 format. You've probably already been there, but it's via the settings (gear) button on the remote control. Go to All > System > HDMI and CEC Function > HDMI 2.0 Format > Adjust ... and then choose Enhanced. I haven't yet seen anything that tells me it's working though.
Thanks Martin. Yeah, I've done all that. It would be nice to KNOW it's actually working. I've seen and read other people with the same TV where says HDR when you press the info button. It displays the HDMI source, resolution and HDR. This is why I'm dubious mine is working. Thanks again for the response though. Hoping someone from Hisense might respond also.
My television has developed a vertical green line on the right hand side of the display. I have tried a factory reset, and powering off at the wall. It happens on all inputs including the menu screen. Any ideas?
Are you still inside your 3 year warranty period? Being a series 7 you should be. I’d be contacting hisense or going back to place of purchase.

i have my 50m7000uw and xbox one s connected via HDMi port 3 and xbox reports 4k and hdr enabled yet i still do not get HDR mode on tv,with film or HDR game. firmware is g909 what could be wrong???
I suggest you contact Hisense. I do not have an Xbox
Not super technical, but maybe check cable not faulty and suitable for HDMI cable 4K compatable, Hope this helps.
What is the refresh rate on this TV and does this model have HDR? Thinking of buying if still available
Sorry I don't know what a refresh rate is, but it is an excellent quality picture.
I also don't know what HDR is, but there are different ports where different things can be plugged in
Just went through the manual cant find refresh rate or specs, but do know its a great TV have 7 year warranty and unless you are looking for super high specs this TV should serve you well.
Where do you download new apps on the Hisense series 7 tv? Is there an app store?

Hi Mohammed, We have that model number available here in Australia and a firmware update for it. As you're based in Iraq, it's worth getting in touch with our customer care team to ensure it's able to be installed. Please email them on service.au@hisense.com with your model and serial number.
I am upgrading from a 2009 Panasonic Plasma Full HD - like all the positive comments re the Hi Sense 55" ULED 4K but am concerned that on viewing live football on it (in fact any TV) at JBHF on HD channels the picture is only about 70% as good as my old Plasma. Is that the reality I'm faced with ? Smart TV but picture quality still not as good as a 2009 Plasma ?
No lcd appears better than my 2013 Panasonic 60st60 Plasma. I bought a 75" Hisense, and, compared to my previous experiences of Lcd, it is the best I have watched for any length of time. Contrast is good but...after plasma black it is hard to go back to this. I am slightly regretting not waiting for oled to become affordable. Lcds are all using tricks to give the illusion of good picture.
Spend the extra money and go for a top level Sony, it's the only one that will give you great motion viewing for football.
