Hisense 92L Top Mount HR6TF92S (Stainless Steel)

Defective fridge that is bowed out in the middle, terrible customer service – I purchased this fridge to fit a small space. It is advertised as being 475mm wide. immediately. I recevied no call or email reply. I emailed again 3 days later, then called again 4 days after that, and after waiting again for over an hour on hold (despoite the hold mesage saying the wait time would be "less than 30 minutes"), emailed a 3rd time. Still no reply. When I finally got someone on the phone, she said they would send a replacement fridge and take the defective fridge away. I asked if the replacement fridge could be checked over before dispatch and was told this was not possible, but I could "refuse the delivery" if the replacement fridge was also defective. Weeks later, when the new fridge finally arrived, of course it too was defective. We asked the driver to take the original defective fridge away but he was "not allowed" to do that. I expected to be contacted by Hisense after the delivery was rejected, but no. that was on 4th April, I have emailed, and called (given up waiting on hold) and still no word from Hisense. I am APPALLED at the customer service. And obviosuly, cannot recomemnd this fridge as 2 from 2 have been bowed straight out fo the box. I wish I could bill Hisense for my wasted time, which would surpass the value of this bar fridge.
